As a landlord and owner of many properties I would highly recommend not using this company. I own properties next door to ones they manage and they don’t respond to emails or phones calls to correct issues like tree damage from their owners properties. In addition the properties they manage next to me are all major disrepair and allow garbage and junk to pile. Essentially if you’re a slumlord this is the property management company to use.
