This company has done a fabulous job of managing my rental in Vancouver and they are just 10 out of 10! Professional, personable, speedy, and can do construction and clean up of properties. They're the whole shebang.

As a renter of 3 years with Properties West 360, I can honestly say the experience was amazing. The entire team was responsive and professional always being easy to do business with. Their technology made making the rental payments easy and convenient. They were quick to reply and act on any maintenance concerns. The people/vendors that arrived where always prompt, professional, competent, and trustworthy in my home. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience trying to rent a home through this company. Tiffany was our property manager/rental agent, and she went above and beyond in advocating for us. The house we were trying to rent would not accept our cat, but she tried to work with the landlord to see if any exceptions could be made. She didn't have to do that and I was really appreciative of it. Her communication was very fast and responsive on top of this. Even though the landlord wouldn't budge and we had to go a different direction, my experience was top notch and far better than I experienced on some of the other rentals we …

Moved in April, everything went simple and smooth. Tracie and team are very friendly and attentive. Always able to reach somebody when needed. Good experience and highly recommended
