I have worked with both Chris Zelmer and Sean Grady as my property managers. They have provided excellent service to me over the years, and I am very pleased with Pure Property Management. Whenever an issue arises whether it be a maintenance issue, turning the property for new tenants, acquiring new tenants, Pure is right there to assist and respond to all management issues. I highly recommend their services.

Sean has been awesome to work with! Super easy to talk to, always quick to respond, and really on top of things. Any issues that came up were handled fast and with zero stress. You can tell he actually cares, which makes a big difference. Definitely one of the best property managers I’ve dealt with!

PURE PROPERTY was managing my home here in Troutdale, and when the tenant moved out, the tenant left me with a water bill and PURE PROPERTY did not ensure that that water bill was paid prior to giving back the tenant their security and cleaning deposit so I got stuck with $151.30 bill. I have tried many times to get in contact with Amy leaving several messages asking to have a meeting with her to discuss how this can be resolved since they were the ones that should’ve done the due diligence to insure that this bill was paid before they returned the tenants money to them. From the second they began managing our property they were incompetent. There is no communication within their office, if you want literally anything done you have to persistently reach out multiple times. They left us without a washer/dryer for almost a month with absurdly little communication. When the botched replacement caused the flooding of our apartment they ceased communication and left us without running water overnight. It’s such a shame because we love this rental property, but the disrespect we’ve experienced from Pure Property Management cannot be understated.

Vel performed our annual inspection yesterday. He was pleasant and very professional and thorough in his inspection. Great communication to let me know when he was arriving.

Emmi has been wonderful to work with. She is always responsive any quickly addresses any concerns. Edmalyn does a great job answering any questions I have about our monthly statements.

0 stars. PURE MANAGEMENT never did their job managing our 4 plex in Gladstone. On top of that they failed to pay the final bill at PGE without notification thus I was sent to collections 7 months later after sale impacting my credit. Messaged the gal helping us with no response. This payment should come from PURE not me. Not surprising as that always happened when managing our property as well. When everything in moving smoothly as a landlord there is usually little interaction with your management company. However, my rental tenant gave notice after 15 years and so I am spending plenty of time talking with Emmi, my property manager. They have been very communicative and on top of turnover inspections, quotes, etc to get the property fully refreshed (there is a lot to do), and ready to rent again which is critical. Hopefully, we'll get through this quickly and they have been an asset to work with.

We just completed a full week after moving into Halsey Crossing. Pure made the touring and application process very smooth and was very quick to reply. We had the pleasure of meeting Vel after we were accepted and he was incredibly professional, friendly and informative. Had to call Maintenance and put in a maintenance request due to an air-conditioning issue. They quickly and promptly found the best person to repair it in a timely matter. Maintenance guy arrived was very clean and respectful. Took care of everything around the area. To not damage anything and did a wonderful job.. from the call to the maintenance nice lady named Jana at Pure Property Management to the technician repairman. Everything goes smooth. I would highly recommend Pure Property Management to anybody wanting to rent.

There was some tile repair needed in my master bathroom and Jana communicated quickly to get a vendor out to complete the repair within 3 days of submitting the request. Communication was clear from the property management as well as the vendor.

Me and my wife have been at the willow lake apartments managed by pure property. Since day one we have had issues. Between there being things broken, shower wall breaking and being not attached properly, draining issues, paint being in the drain when we moved in, then backlog of nasty water. Can never get ahold of anyone, no manager on site, there's a maintenance guy but seems he's rarely around. Now we have no water and didn't have any notice. I have called the emergency maintenance line three times now over the course of over 48 hours and still have not been helped. Water is back- flowing up through my kitchen sink drain and bathroom drain along with about 4 inches of water in the dishwasher. I called the emergency line Friday at 6pm and received a called from the property management two hours later asking if I put a bucket under the sink. Lived at the unit on S meade street. They charged almost my entire deposit for items that I ended up fixing for these idiots. Was charged for the broken ring doorbelll that’s still in the drawer from when I moved in. Also charged for tac holes I NEVER MADE. I knew a week in I’d be moving out due to the bonfires and homeless outside my house shitting in my packages and we pay over $2k a month. What a joke.

PPM has a great portfolio of rental properties, and they clearly have the tenant and their needs in mind. I worked with Property Manager Zen C. She is fantastic! I had an issue with the pet screening website and she set up a Google call to help me with it, and resolved the issue.

I wish there was a 0 star. This company is a joke. I try to get a hold of anyone and they give me the run around every time. Its been months trying to just cancel a lease on garage unit. They try charging $100 late fee on $180 garage rent. THAT IS ILLEGAL! You have rights as a renter, so if you rent with this company you better know them.

Super slow response and I'm a new resident so I feel concerned. There's quite a few issues where the property has shoddy repairs and an unfinished closet (with a washer and dryer in the middle of it!?). When I asked to have it fixed they suggested I pay for it and that legally they don't have to offer a closet door. I have tried to contact pure property management for weeks now I’m a tenant at one of the property’s I have not spoken to anyone and I left multiple voicemails emails and txt messages I even drove up to the management and still nothing I haven’t heard from anyone I paid my rent and the address they have for there property management where they say it’s safe for individuals to drop off their rent to for their house so I go and drop my rent off and I have two receipts that I did do that and I am obviously on camera in front of their building and they told me that I didn’t come drop my rent off. …

Moving into my new place has been an excellent experience. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Emmi was kind and helpful and went above and beyond.

Overall, I have been extremely pleased renting from PURE property (formally FOX management) over the past 3.5 years. The online portal is super easy to manage payments and submit maintenance requests, and I always had maintenance requests addressed right away. Recently during my move out experience, Liz has been particularly helpful and super responsive. I really appreciate being able to work with someone directly, and it is great if that person has excellent customer support experience like Liz. I would recommend them as a great management company.

Tenant in a small community here. When Pure Property Management in Portland, OR took over: big improvement. We could, finally, pay our rent online. The community owners failed to pay the water bill & tenants had no water. Chris Z. got water restored within in a few hours. Owners also said they weren't responsible for landscaping anymore. Tenants knew this was false. Chris Z. got that issue resolved almost immediately. Team Pure!!

Could not say enough great things about Emmi. I actually met her as a Resident/experience where she went above and beyond, and I do not use that phrase lightly; not only does she have great business acumen she was empathetic and kind at a time when I was uniquely positioned to benefit from her grace. I am a new tenant and Liz has been incredibly helpful with everything pertaining to all of my questions, the rental application, documents, and move in process. Liz returns my phone calls and messages promptly and I feel very valued as a tenant. This has been the easiest most simplified rental experience for me so far.

I’ve been a tenant for a few years now. Ever since it went from Fox to Pure management I’ve had the worst communication. No replies to emails, texts, or calls. Only one person has been somewhat helpful when you do finally get someone on the phone. Their maintenance system is awful. They are late on my lease renewal and after talking to others this seems to be a theme. If you rent from them keep records of everything! I love my apartment and area but extremely frustrated with management or lack there of. They communicate more in the reviews than with the tenant concerns and questions

i've been renting from Fox, now Pure Property mngmt for 6 years. Initially I rented privately with owner, but Chris, Liz & Edmalyn offer genuine customer service. They're accessible & treat tenants as they'd like to be treated. I feel valued with this team & there will be a human to communicate with as opposed to just transactional scenarios. Highly recommend these 3.

Absolutely the worst team I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to rely on. My car got stolen in the parking lot of our apartments and ended up getting a new car I talked to them about getting a new sticker to validate my parking and they said they would send a new one, it was never sent and I woke up one morning to my car gone because it was towed overnight had to pay 600 to get it out talked to pure management and they told me nobody ever said I was getting a sticker sent. Top shelf service with the very knowledgeable staff from the managers to maintenance. Great communication and execution of planned projects , maintenance and tenant issues.

Very good people. They r glad to help w anything u have a problem with. Liz and Chris have been so helpful and are always willing to please. I am one of their tenants and it's nice too, that any questions I have, they get back to me almost immediately. That's saves me time and saving time makes my life so much easier. You should check on their properties if you are looking for a place to rent, you should definitely check out theirs.

From first outreach to approval, Emmi was so helpful and patient with me in finding my new apartment. She responded quickly and kindly and always answered any question I had.
