I rented from this property management company for approximately five years. I would not recommend them. Their communication is subpar and they don’t care about tenant experience at all. During my tenancy, I experienced multiple maintenance issues, including a large hole left in my wall after plumbing work that took three months to repair after the plumbing work was completed, as well as recurring problems with the laundry facilities. They lie to their tenants about costs and are misleading with lease contracts. A common entity keeping the housing market high and taking advantage of people new to the system.

Initially had a good experience with Rarebird but unfortunately they've changed my opinion in the last few months. At first, they were nice and communicative, but then they decided to do work on the building in order to list it for sale. During the last few months, they failed to notify residents several times about work happening on the premises. I would wake up to find workers on the roof, outside my bedroom window, etc. with no notice. I’ve been renting with Rarebird for over two years now, and they’ve been amazing since day one. When I moved here from out of state, I signed my first lease sight unseen. Once I arrived, I realized I hadn’t picked the right spot, but Rarebird stepped up and had me in a great apartment by the end of the day.
