Working with Robert and his team has been wonderful. They are responsive and very easy to work with. The team at RPM kept me informed through the entire property listing process and for my property rented in record time.

Great experience, worked with the owner directly to help me rent out my place, it was my first time and Robert was great at walking me through everything and just doing good business. I’m happy to trust them for my property, they found renters within a week of having my place listed. Would give ten stars if I could. The rest of the staff you deal with on a day to day (if you need it) is always great and very professional.

Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Communication and service is excellent and everyone is very personable and nice to talk to. Robert is always available to answer any questions I have and I feel my property is in good hands. I found it was much quicker than I expected in finding potential tenants for my property and was very smooth transitioning them into the property.

As a property owner, I’ve found Robert and Joyce and team helpful and responsive when an issue arises. I’m a somewhat new client, but so far have appreciated their professionalism.

I used to manage a rental house in another state myself. Real Property Management Assurance is the first property management company I work with. I should say that it is a great experience. Robert and Joyce are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, both of them can speak Chinese, and it makes so much difference in communication! RPM was great to work with. We are new tenants and have only been in our new rental for a few weeks, but Nicole and Caitlin worked very quickly to help us get into this home. We had a move date set to live at another property (not associated with RPM) and after finding out less than 24 hours that our rental would not be available, we were in a rough spot. With movers coming, we somehow found this property, viewed it Friday morning at 10:00 am and had keys by 4:45 pm, so that the movers could come on the original day of Monday. I have been a tenant with RPM for nearly 3 years and they have been an excellent property management company to deal with. Particularly, Nicole M. who has gone above and beyond helping my family and I out with various maintenance issues and concerns. Nicole consistently deals with difficult technicians and ensures any problems we have are taken care of. Be aware of RPM assurance, they pretend to be nice and professional at move in and then you move in and they hardley communicate. They are deceptive. My family moved in and immediately had issues with dog hair or some kind of cotton or other hair on our clothes, I sent a maintenance request and pictures and still to this day they have not fixed the issue, and they passed the issue to me to deal with. About a month or so after moving in there was a carpet bug infestation in our unit that according to their pest control was coming from under the flooring of the kitchen and possibly around of the…

We had to get into our rental sight unseen in person, but they made every effort to provide as thorough as possible effort to let us see everything prior to entering into our lease. Upon move in we were provided a very detailed inspection of the house and was very welcoming to verification and additional findings over a few days to get acclimated and utilize the home. Every correspondence has been answered in a very timely manner and has addressed the concerns or questions. I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company since the day I came to look at my current home! We've been here almost a year and absolutely love it! This team is very responsive, helpful and super nice!!!!!!! We worked with Whitney and Nolan to get approved and moved into a home in Hillsboro. They provided all the information we needed to choose a house, the application process was quick and simple. They responded to our requests quickly and had answers to everything. RPM had the absolute best on-boarding process I've ever experienced.

Unfortunately, I’m forced to change my initial post. After I moved in, I have not received any of the service I expected or the things promised at move in. The sink drains were not working correctly, the kitchen faucet cannot be adjusted, the unit has ants… there are a number of things we’ve brought up and reported which have not been fixed or resolved unless we’ve done it ourselves. I had such high hopes for this management company and I’m so disappointed in the reality.

Joyce, Robert, Nolan and Nicole are fantastic! They helped us whenever we needed it (like showing us how to adjust the electronic thermostat) and gave us great guidelines for moving out. World class 😁. Of course, we don't want to get ahead of ourselves - we haven't gotten the deposit back yet 🤣 but we worked hard cleaning amd trimming the yard so I'm optomistic 😄. You WILL be happy with the Real Property Management company!
