My Aunt has many properties this company manages and they have not given the money she is owed from her properties tenants for 2 months. Update: Problem has been resolved

These people are monsters. They basically put a 30-unit condo complex in a position to be condemned and then dissolved the HOA portion of their company. Now my very elderly parents may lose everything. We have a new property management company for the complex who are cleaning up the 10 years of mismanagement and failures of this one. They withheld insurance notifications that the property was going to lose the insurance if it was not repaired and brought up to date and the residents never knew, putting the units in a position to pay 30k each within 60 days. I had an issue with the portal to pay my rent. I called the manager in the 2nd of the month and was told it would be reset and I could do it online. It didn't happen. Went back and forth to get access, couldn't resolve the issue so I got hit with a late fee. Decided to just go to the office location and they by mid afternoon was closed! So I dropped my check thru the mail slot. If it was corrected before the late day of 3 days, it wouldn't have happened.

This place has very terrible communication. I never actually met Holly in person but she told me if i need anything that an "Nice old 80 year old man" who had maintenance key to the garbage could help. This man kept showing up to my townhouse at random times. Thought he was just being nice. Then I moved and he kept showing up randomly at my house. He said he needed to tell me something and he totally tried to kiss me EWW and I told him many times to stop contacting me.I told Holly and josh to document because I didn't want to make a report because i felt bad because he was old.
