Ugh...it makes me a little sad to make this review but after weeks of loss of our amenities I feel this is the action I'm go to take. After close to 3 years at Heatherwood I'm a little ticked. We pay close to $2000 for a 2 bdrm. Supposed to have hot tub use but someone gave out their code and now no one can use the amenities unless it's M-F from 8-6 you know the hours most of us work. Why punish good tenants? And not the person with the code that was handed out. Really going downhill around here.

Don't move here! We have had a mold/mildew problem for 9 months now. We have done everything possible to prevent it. The maintenance guy originally told us it was just dirt. Two professional vendors inspected and concluded it was mold. Rather than getting the professional vendors to take care of it properly they sent out their inexperienced maintenance guy to clean it with product that doesn't work. The mold is spreading, there is mildew in the living room, and the many layers of paint is now bubbling and exposing black mold underneath. They refuse to take care of it properly, and have no reg…

I have been living in the Northridge Condos for approximately 15 years and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that Desiree Cabasug is the best manager I have ever had in my entire life !!!! Not only is she a GREAT MANAGER she is also a WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING that has always treated me with respect, kindness and understanding ! As I write this review tears are running down my face and all I can think of is.....Desiree Cabasug is a person that makes this world a better place to live in !!!!!

I have been a resident of Colony Park Apts for 7 yrs this month, and I have never met a resident manager that is as awesome as Desiree. She is right on top of the every day business of the apartments and management of any problems. She would be a great asset to any company who hires her as a resident manager or more. Thanks Desiree.

The manager at Colony Park Apartments Desiree Cabasug is so helpful in all issues and concerns. She has made the atmosphere between the buildings friendly and peaceful to live in.

Recently moved into the Willow Pointe Townhomes and has been a FANTASTIC experience from the very first encounter with manager (Lurenna) setting me up / registration to move-in. And the maintenance team (Terry & Victor) are TOP NOTCH! When you have a service request, they respond within an hour or so on when they will be at your place, and are very thorough in all they do. This part is why I am ecstatic to have made the move to this Willow Pointe Townhome.
