Regency Property Management reviews
Lived there 14 years, they never updated appliances never painted never did anything and the roof leaked into my unit and over 2 YEARS they never came to repair. If this property co. Runs where you are trying to live...dont recommend them at all 100% they are the worst on the west coast! The portland office leading that shitty reputation that they have earned by treating people very poorly!!!!
Worst landlords I've ever dealt with! I lived in a unit for 8-9 months before breaking my lease due to their neglect. Never respond to maintenance requests, or if they do they always respond with "we assure you we're talking to vendors", meanwhile months to by where mold is brewing, safety is a concern, and people can't do laundry. I actually got a skin infection when moving in here due to this neglect which resolved promptly when I moved out. This feels like the result of people letting AI run their company and the actual people working here have no idea what's going on.
Regency has always been very helpful, and attentive. They communicate with us, and take care of the property, as we make requests when needed. The staff are friendly and personal. They are a managment company so they have a unique customer base with tenents, and property owners. Caring for rental property isn't easy. Tenents abuse properties or don't pay rent. Many times it is the tenent at fault for conflicts. Regency follows the contracts and the laws. They give you a contract. There are no hidden secrets. Be a good renter and you won't have issues. Don't be a jerk and recognize these are ac…
Worst of the worst....... Rude, unprofessional and price gouging! I am fairly certain that the positive reviews are from Amy and Justin's family and friends! BEWARE if you decide to rent from Regency Property Management!
Miss Amy and her crew are the best. Promt with repairs and always professional and courteous . No better property management in Portland Jimmy Allensworth Beaverton property.
They don't take care of their properties!! They allow the tenants to play loud music at all hours, sell drugs, have unauthorized people and pets living on the properties, allow garbage to pile up causing rats and Vermon. We neighbors have complained numerous tines to no avail AND City of Gresham has cited them numerous times! They don't care about any of it!
I literally called to confirm my payment went through and they said yes. Today they said it actually didn't go through and they gave me a late fee and said there was no way to waive it. Thank you for robbing me of my money. Unfortunately will have to move out now. I will say the receptionists and help on the phone was very kind and helpful, but the management themselves have been so frustrating to deal with ever since they took over. Break ins and broken washing machines galore. Almost every tenant is moving out right now including me. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Before regency, this …
Yikes - from day one after signing the lease (and prior to moving in) the experience has been a nightmare. We signed the lease without even seeing the house (a risky and dumb choice on our part) but the rental market is tough, and companies know that and take advantage of it. I could write a long bullet list of cleanliness issues amongst other issues, but I won't bore you. My main point is I truly don't think anyone walked through the rental or checked any internal systems/appliances OR checked if there were any outstanding work tickets before giving us the keys and allowing us to move in (…
