My family and I have been renting with Realiance for almost a month and I want to take a moment to say how grateful I’m with Eustina she have been so supportive and have answered all of our questions she has guided us through all the process since this is out first time renting a house we have rent apartments only in the pass and she make us feel comfortable and informed, we have zero complaints. Everything from the application process to lease signing was smooth and we couldn’t be more happier in our new home.

My experience with Reliance has been really good so far. I’d inquired about another property but it turned out it didn’t suit my needs. They immediately sent me a listing that did. Setting up a viewing was quick and easy and Kyla was on time and friendly. I communicated mostly with Eustina during the whole process and she was prompt at responding, friendly, communicative, and answered all my questions. Approval was quick and when there was a snag in my approval process due to an error from my last landlord they were able to clear it up quickly. I’ve only been in my apartment a couple weeks but…

My husband and I have been renting with Reliance for about a month now. Eustina has been our go to gal and we have zero complaints. Everything from the application process to lease signing was smooth. She has been super responsive and actionable to our concerns/questions. She also let us know she broke her back recently. So perhaps some grace has not been extended her way in a difficult time, as per some reviews. Can’t speak as highly for the actual owner of our complex. Had a pleasant rental experience with the Reliance Team and specifically Eustina relocating to the Portland area. Eustina was reachable, communicated timely and was professional and courteous. She truly did a great job and appreciate how she communicated.

I was living in a reliance property home for 3 years and always we have excellent communication between us, Jenifer and Alina they are so professional and efficient in every time that i need attention. Also maintenance is fast keep everything updated, I recommend reliance property home to living and sleep so peaceful. If you think about honestly think in this company for renting a good home. A+

I worked with Eustina Seledkov. She was thorough, polite, easy to work with, and communicated well. She made the process a breeze for me. The grounds are well kept & the people are kind. I'm more than happy with my choice. I would for sure suggest RPM to anyone looking for a place to live.

I rented with Reliance for a year and they took such good care of me while I was there. They always communicated well and helped with any issues that would arise. Even when I locked my keys inside my house the maintenance came in 30 minutes and helped me for free! I appreciate how willing they were to work with me. The move out process was super easy too. I worked with Eustina and she even gave me recommendations to help me with my move out. I am sad to leave but so grateful for the experience with this property management company. Highly, highly suggest.

4.5 stars would be more accurate but I believe between 4 and 5 stars they deserve the 5. I've been renting with reliance for well over five years now and have leased 4 different properties total so I have an expansive experience range with this company. I have pretty much exclusively dealt with Patricia May on all of my rentals and I feel she's gotten highly underserved criticism in a lot of these reviews. Reliance Property Management chose to kick us all out without a 90 day notice, because one housemate was leaving. We were given 30 days and were left no other helpful information to avoid being evicted. They made this decision based off of a new rule that they sneakily slid into the leasing agreement after years of allowing tenants to move in and out. I went into the leasing office to ask what was going on and the new girl said the owners were probably selling it. We were initially unsure about renting with Reliance, but after working with Eustina, we couldn't be happier with our decision. From the start, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always available to answer our questions. Her communication was excellent, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find someone so genuinely invested in providing great service, and we truly appreciate all her efforts. We're excited to continue working with Reliance!

Just moved out of a appointment. And the appointment was not in good condition when we moved in and when we moved out They took all of our deposit and charged us for every little thing.

Slum lords - management’s crap, maintenance is worse. Just run the other way.

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Not only have they failed to give us a 24 hour notice to enter, they will not let us off this damn lease!!! We just bought our first home and have already moved into it. We are trying to get my sister in law and her wife to take over the lease. We have been trying to contact Patricia May for a month and a half MULTIPLE times to see if their application got approved and she is non responsive. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

This specifically goes out for Patricia May through Reliance! A very kind and patient person with the company, I had a lot of questions prior to my rental signing and she has even helped with a utility that needed replacing. Thank you Patricia :)

I don’t know why this place is called “reliance” property management cause they definitely don’t own up to their name. This place is terrible and I have never been more stressed and frustrated working with a rental company! Especially Patricia who has done an absolute terrible job communicating with me and returning my phone calls. I don’t know how anybody is renting from this company but I would recommend nobody rents from here until they get better management and more reliable people who take their job seriously!!! This has been the worst, most stressful experience I have ever dealt with from a management property. There is 2 leasing people, including Patricia who I worked with. She never answers her phone, and then takes at least a week and a half to respond to a simple text or email. The entire process took 2 months because of the lack of response from her. After one month, she decided to changed the price to $100 more a month for no reason. They do not do their job here!!!! Landlords, you're asking for a serious liability issue if you trust this company to manage your properties. They have no regard for laws regarding tenant rights. I waited a month for a rodent infestation to be tended to and am now a month out waiting for our heater to be properly diagnosed and fixed. It was not even working during the ice storm and they did not respond to maintenance requests at that time. Minor issues that only need a handyman are tended to reasonably well. I would give them negative stars if possible. They lied to my fiancé and I about a rental unit having central AC. The leasing agent, Eustina, even pointed at the thermostat saying AC is a must, so we didn’t think to check if she was actually telling the truth. She obviously was not. We moved in during a heat wave and quickly found out we were swindled. I confronted the company letting them know we would have never leased this unit had we known there wasn’t any AC at all. I recently emailed about mold on the ceiling from a previous roof leak/patch job. I was told to refer to the mold mildew addendum and otherwise ignored.

Horrible horrible Management Only 2 people managing all these apartments don't respond super unprofessional wouldn't recommend at all what so ever!!! Super sketchy.
