Residential Property Management has been great to work with I highly recommend them. They have taken really good care of our properties for years while informing us all along the way. We truly appreciate their help in ensuring that the property is safe and functional for our residents.

We've been using RPM to rent our property for 3 years now. They've been communicative and very helpful throughout the process. It's really hands-free as far as a landlord is concerned. They do all the work and I don't have to worry. Our tenants are very nice and clean and they (RPM) regularly gives us updates on the property and occasionally they will send us a bill for whatever maintenance is required. We are very happy with them. Recommend.

They don't give you as a resident anything you would need when you would need it, but demand a LONG list of expectations. EXAMPLE: When I moved in, there were no keys to a mail box, and no access card to the gym/pool area that motivated me to move here in the first place. Always take negative reviews seriously before renting from any company. I had no issues with the manager, they were kind and professional. However, the landlord who repeatedly came to do “repairs” made me very uncomfortable and behaved in a way I found very rude and unprofessional. Most repairs felt like temporary fixes rather than real solutions. There were ongoing water issues and a rat problem on the property. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but overall it was a disappointing experience.

Residential property management only cares about the owners, not the tenants. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The company asked me to give feedback, so I am. They bought the property from a former private manager, and also took over ownership of the previous property I lived in from a separate company. In both instances, I went from my lease being month to month, with no additional charge (and increases in rent only following inflation), to a yearly leasing contract, which increases rent the maximum allowed in Oregon, every single time it is renewed. I am unsure why a company which operates like this would ever reach out to their tenants, asking for a review.

*IM A TENANT* Been with this management company almost 3 years. Always helpful. Easy process with application and getting keys to a home. Maintenance request answered right away. I only had one where I thought the kitchen sink was leaking. They had someone come out right away. Easy to pay rent online. Staff is friendly. I worked with Shannon in the beginning of getting things established. She's wonderful and kind hearted. James is in charge of maintenance and he comes out periodically to inspect the homes. Nice guy and gets straight to business. Great company!

Run! If you are a tenant, absolutely do not ever consider a property managed by these people! They put pressure to get your screening fee, then become unresponsive and shady. Double talk, ambiguous answers if you're able to get one at all, no response to voicemails or emails, just completely unethical. I've been an excellent renter for 25 years and have NEVER experienced a management company as truly untrustworthy and weird as these folks. Many will agree that this team is what nightmares are made of.
