RipCity PM is great! They have been managing our property for over a year now and if there is a problem, they come out or find a vendor to come out quickly. I am very happy with this PM company!

Worked with Kyle and his team for over a year and would happily work with them many more. Kyle was attentive and listened to our concerns & needs. He discussed everything at length so there were no unanswered questions. We spoke with a few other companies beforehand, and while they were okay, Kyle's service stood above the rest. I would choose Rip City Property Management for all our properties moving forward, without hesitation. You won't regret them.

Kyle has been managing my rental property for ~1 1/2 years now, and I've been very pleased. He is knowledgeable and professional while also being friendly and approachable. My particular situation is a bit outside of what he typically does, but he has been more than willing to work with me to find a monthly management arrangement that works for both of us. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable about landlord-tenant laws, creative thinking and looking for win-win solutions, whether working with owners, tenants or colleagues. I would (and have) recommended their services to investor clients several times. In a market like Portland, you want someone who knows the regulations inside and out. A great partnership.
