Had an excellent experience working with Adrianna from Sauco as a homeowner. She is incredibly responsible and goes the extra mile to ensure every detail is handled properly. We had a repair issue recently, and she arranged multiple contractors to evaluate it, giving me options to choose from. She even went on-site with the contractors to gather first-hand information when I couldn’t be there. She is supportive, patient and professional throughout the entire process, and I truly appreciated her dedication.

I have had Sauco manage my SFH in Beaverton for close to a decade. Through the years, the entire team has been professional and helpful with all of the issues we have had to deal with as a landlord. If I would have 0, I would not hesitate to give them as this Property Management Company is basically a Tenants-friendly company, and don't care for Home-Owners. I WOULD WARN HOME_OWNERS to use this company to rent out your home, if you really love your house. After the tenant moved out SauCo did not conduct a proper move out inspection. As a result several items went un-repaired and uncompensated. They also did not have my home professionally cleaned after move out, and I had to call cleaners with my own cost. My wife and I were in the process of looking for a new place in Portland. We came across a duplex through SauCo and the process of getting set up to rent with them was very easy and low stress. Having dealt with property management companies that are unresponsive and hard to deal with Rachael made the presses very smooth. The timely replies are greatly appreciated.

Rachael is amazingly helpful and responds quickly. Had a great experience renting through this management company because of her.

SauCo Properties is the worst. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You can pay your rent on time, never make requests and you will still get a 30% rent increase every year! They lie and say the owners requested it, when I know in fact, the owners did not request this. SAUCO DID because they are losing money by not signing on new rentals. AVOID THEM AND RENT FROM ANOTHER MANAGEMENT COMPANY

I moved from out of state, during the holidays and thanks to Rachael and SauCo, it was the best moving experience of my life. I am truly grateful for the caring assistance along the journey I received and the warm welcome to my new home.

Find every little thing they can to charge you. Our refrigerator broke and it took well over a month to get a new one. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AWFUL MANAGEMENT COMPANY

I lived in one of their properties for a year and a half. They were prompt to respond to requests for the house, and respond promptly to emails as well.

We recently rented with SauCo and the entire experience was wonderful and seamless! Makayla is an absolute rockstar and SauCo is very lucky to have her as a property manager! Honestly the best property management company I’ve ever dealt with. When we have an issue the landlord and these guys work together and get it fixed fast. We have never wanted for anything while renting with these guys. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get into a place. After a handful of years having the home owner as our landlord, it was transferred to this property management company. We had two home inspections a year (insane) and any repairs we asked to be done we were charged for! We got charged for the disposal breaking! When the owner decided to sell the house, we were told they would reimburse us rent if we were out before the end of our lease, but then was harassed when we were able to move out early for “breaking our lease!” We started receiving emails about breaking HOA rules after putting our foot down regarding the repair charges, etc.. I’ve used several property management companies as a tenant over the years and SauCo Property Management is the best I’ve ever worked with!! All maintenance issues, which were few, were resolved very promptly! Great communication about any weather related concerns to be aware of. We only had one periodic inspection done and it was very unobtrusive! We were even given the opportunity to have a pre-walkthrough on move out so we could attend to any other cleaning issues.
