Getting a little condo with an HOA, which is essentially owning our apartment, was pretty much our only chance at becoming homeowners. We are a small condo community and have been with multiple management companies over the last 10 years. We hired Shamrock about 5 years ago and couldn't be happier. As with any community, it takes work to ensure everything gets done and Shamrock has always done a great job of helping us get the things that we needed done. Very glad we chose them.

They suddenly said they were so low on money that they have to remove HOA caps, but don't listen to the complex's concerns, and don't respond to emails. They haven't fully addressed and solved any of the issues we have been having with trash and landscaping over the last almost year. They had HOA board members 'scold' a resident for sending a strongly worded email, instead of just responding to the email and handling it themselves. Haven't even lived in our place a year and are sick and tired of them.

Well my review is much different than Cheryl we live in the same community . I can say when the HOA was ran by the people of the community lots of stuff got done for the buildings that the president lived in . The old HOA spent money in wrong places and areas that were not necessary. In these times people are trying to keep costs down but mean while we have the most expensive gardening service and have gave a 10 year contract to paint 200 units. Horrible company to work with I have had a maintenance request for over 4 1/2 months no maintenance log has been provided, no follow up to date with a solution just the run around on “estimates”. I have called multiple times no response.

Communication with this group is frustratingly inconsistent. The "emergency maintenance" phone number is a voicemail that actually instructs to leave a detailed message and "if we do not respond in ten minutes call back", to which they do not respond. Do better. Next day follow up. I finally got a response to my emergency maintenance message THREE hours later. Unsatisfactory service.

HORRIBLE! Unprofessional, unresponsive and either incompetent or lazy or both. The absolute worst property management company I have ever encountered. The response to a problem was “thats not our job” then when shown in documents it is their job “we took care of it” no they did not ever address the problem. We are paying for a very shoddy lack of service.

Selectively enforces fines on to those with disability instead of acting in good faith, they refuse reasonable accommodations to people whom have disabilities, and you will end up paying more in fines because of it.
