This rental agency has strict criteria. If your leasing your property more than likely it will sit for Long periods. And property will ask you to lower rent. If Your an owner, your going to miss more income waiting.

Smile has been excellent to rent from! Renting since 2015 and they have always taken care of us whenever we had an issue. Any time we’ve had a maintenance request they’ve addressed it same day. Always quick to answer our messages too!

This property management team is responsive, kind, humane, and responsible towards their tenants -- which is sadly pretty rare. Pan, Kelly and the whole team are great people to work with. Would recommend renting from them!

This has been a great mgmt company to work with. I’m not sure why they have such a low rating but our experience has been nothing but great. They’ve been kind and quick to respond to all requests we’ve had. If we ever move back to OR, we will definitely rent from this company again.

We have been renting from Smile for almost 2 years. They are very responsive anytime we have a concern and have already replaced our oven and dishwasher. They always send someone out right away when we need a repair and they are super friendly people.

We just signed our lease and got the keys and so far have had a wonderful experience! Communication has been top tier, whenever we have a question it is answered immediately. Maintenance needed was done as soon as possible and everything has gone super smooth.

This company offers discrimination against credit especially if you are a section 8 voucher holder. They will deny you even if everything meets criteria except for credit.

This company does not understand fair housing they constantly deny good application even if they meet all criteria. Me and my family have section 8 and a letter from credit company stating that landlords can’t denied based on credit because it is under dispute and inaccurate and guess what they still denied. This is discrimination there is no fair housing treatment with these people unless your credit is 700. So sad

This company denied our application for a property based on inaccurate credit reporting. They denied me and my family simply because we have section 8 voucher and used our credit against us this is discrimination this is way it is so hard for families with vouchers to find a safe a beautiful place to call home.
