We have had Sterling Property manage the rental house we’ve lived in for the past 4 1/2 yrs. We recently needed to move and Kelsea at Sterling has been a gem. We really like her style. She’s very kind and at the same time highly professional. We found her to be highly efficient and quick in getting things handled. In our opinion she possess an excellent skill set to be valued. Got a $200 bill for Electricity which i paid my electricity to the power company ever month but i paid so i would'nt get a Eviction did not get any notice prior to switching managment company they need to pay me back so bascially they screwed my family over and i almost could not pay my power bill because of them all the care about is the money they don't care about there residents
Sterling recently took over management of my park. They started cleaning up the placed and hit a powerline with an excavator and we have been out of power for 6 days now. Ive lost all the food in my Freezer and refrigerator. Its freezing at night. I cant take hot shower. They called and asked me to Send pictures of the damaged lines. I Did so For them. They havent sent anyone out to fix the damage they caused. I am a marine corps veteran. So 7 days with no power, it comes backnon. 4 days after the power came back on i get a call from the main guy. Horrible place to rent through. Trailer almost burnt down a year ago and still have not fixed the furnace. The electricians said it's unsafe to live there. Even with proof of what needs to be fixed they are too cheap to get it done. They rarely get back to you. And have offered no help to keep the place warm while we wait to have it fixed. A WHOLE YEAR AND ITS FREEZING OUTSIDE 🥶 AND JUST AS COLD IN THE TRAILER... KNOW YOUR RIGHTS BEFORE YOU GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE.
