I am grateful to Paul and his team for their hard work and dedication. My property has been managed by Sunworld for almost ten years. My HOA has many requirements and Paul and Mae take care of them one by one. I highly recommend Sunworld for property owners in the Vancouver, Washington area.

Sun World is excellent to work with. They thoroughly vet their tenants, and we have had fantastic luck with the people who have rented our property. Sun World communicates very well and is very responsive when I reach out with questions. I have enjoyed working with them!

I've been renting a house from sunworld for nearly 8 years. I called them roughly 2 months ago to give them heads up that I am looking for a different place to live with more room. Immediately after I was bombarded with emails and text to renew my lease. I was trying to be transparent with them, and after I put in notice the communication was very poor. They wouldn't answer calls and was very slow to respond except for one lady that's very rude and doesn't speak clearly at all. I've lived in one of the properties they manage for about 3 years now. Repairs are taken care of quickly and their employees are extremely professional.

We have lived here a year and really enjoyed it. This space is the perfect size for our little family. We have needed small Maintenance repairs from time to time (life with littles) and maintenance has been quick and helpful. We are happy with our home.

I had a wonderful renting experience with SunWorld Group. We received our entire security deposit back, which can always be a nail biter. Working through their app, AppFolio, was easy and very user friendly. Maintenance requests were always answered in a timely manner. Paul & Robin (owners) were both great. Paul Van Balaan is the most unprofessional "professional" I've ever met. Days into my lease he felt I had hurt his feelings so put me in non-renewal status. Most adults would be able to manage conflict at least well enough to say what I did that was so out of line. He would or could not. This went on for.months! I ended up giving him a blanket apology, and moments later I was in his graces again and my lease was renewable. Beware this team. I was a tenant at a SunWorld group property for 2 years. The whole team at SunWorld were very professional and easy to deal with. Maintenance issues were dealt with really quickly and with lots of communication. Honestly if my life situation hadn’t changed I wouldn’t have moved. I would absolutely rent from them again.

I've been renting from Sun world group for only a few months now but anytime I have any issues or concerns they take care of all the problems quickly.

We rented from Sunworld Group for 13 years and it was a pleasant experience! Friendly agents and prompt maintenance! Everything was smooth and easy. The annual inspections were curtious and friendly. When necessary, all maintenance request were answered and handled immediately. We were so comfortable, we never wanted to move but sometime life forces changes.

I am so pleased with Sunworld, I have never had a problem with getting anything fixed and with great time. I love living where we do.

Kirsten has been amazing to work with through the process of getting into one of their properties. She has been very helpful with answering all of my questions.. definitely recommend renting through them!!!

EDIT in response to the owner’s comment below: I am not upset about legitimate deductions. I acknowledged minor drywall damage and a dirty oven — those are fair. What I am upset about is the lack of professionalism, the use of a shell company owned by the landlord to generate inflated estimates, and the fact that I had to chase them down repeatedly just to receive the legally required deposit information. Even after they said the refund was issued, it never arrived — and they failed to inform me it was rejected until I pressed them seven days after the legal deadline. That’s not how honest pro…

This is an amazing company to work with, I’ve rented from them for a year and have had nothing but a great experience. They are quick to get maintenance handled and the office staff is very friendly, excellent in customer service and ready to help. I recommend them to anyone I know looking to move

These people are actual slum lords. Do not, I repeat do NOT rent from them. Have an issue with your apartment that you pay an arm and a leg for the “privilege” of renting? They were always prompt with any repairs that were needed. They were also quick to get back to you with any concerns.
