I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Superior Community Management. I have reached out multiple times through both email and phone calls regarding important matters, and my messages have repeatedly gone unanswered. It is frustrating trying to get basic communication or follow-up when concerns are being ignored. What makes this even more frustrating is that they seem to expect immediate responses when they are the ones requesting information or action. If you’re considering this community management company—don’t. My experience working with Ashlyn has been consistently frustrating and unprofessional. Basic questions and reasonable requests are treated like a burden, and responses—when you actually get them—are dismissive and condescending. Superior Property Management manages my condo community at Jefferson Park Condominiums. When I've had any needed maintenance on my condo they have been extremely efficient having the work done as quickly as possible. Troy and Superior have been extremely helpful in guiding our community through a necessary exterior rehabilitation project. Their experience and knowledge have been instrumental in making sure we have multiple professional opinions and vendors to choose from to make an informed decision. We've worked with quite a few management companies the last several years, and Superior stands out the most by far.

I have dealt with Superior Community Management for several years now. Their staff has been very helpful and extremely professional. We have done several projects for some of their portfolio managers and their communication was great. They were also very easy to deal with. I can only wish that more management companies were this easy to deal with! I would highly recommend them as a HOA management company!

As someone who lives in an HOA and on the Board, I can honestly say Superior Community Management stands out. Their team is organized, responsive, and always a step ahead in anticipating community needs. I’ve seen how Superior truly sets the bar with their professionalism and commitment to doing things right the first time.

Our HOA went through a major construction project where we had to replace the roof and siding. Lorie with Superior was instrumental in helping us walk through the process of the financing and working with our contractor. We couldn't have done it without her. She's very knowledgeable on dealing with big projects and day to day operations.

Superior is great to work with and always professional and their attention to detail is off the charts!

I'm so very unimpressed with this company. The people who work there have heard of customer service, but it isn't really something in which they seem to have much interest. I'm not saying they are horrible, but I just bought another property with a different HOA management company, and it has been night and day. The new company is responsive, helpful, intelligent and manages its homeowners' money well. Superior levied a $70k assessment on each condo in our complex for roof, siding and windows (contrast this with my new place that has just done the same work and only had to levy a $7k assessmen…

I reside in a community managed by this company, and unfortunately, my experience over the past four years has been disappointing. Despite consistently charging residents, they appear to provide little to no meaningful service in return. When concerns are raised—such as an ongoing issue with a neighbor operating a business that results in over 10 vehicles being parked for extended periods—they fail to take any action. Their lack of responsiveness and accountability has been extremely unprofessional.

The worst HOA I’ve ever dealt with

Everything has a "fee" connected to it. Mailing fee, convenience fee, late fee, collections fee. They mail you a packet of mail in stubs to pay your hoa for your convenience but up charge you for a banking fee. Oh and dont even try to call for help, specifically Reynauld Tage; who ive had the pleasure to deal with. Who in his words say the fees are because they have to "go above and beyond" their normal work duties. Must be nice, Ive spoken to multiple neighbors waiting on service/maintenance. Alot of good people have moved out because of bad hoas like this.
