They don’t fix shit for weeks and don’t get back to you for WEEKS as well. Horrible place to live. I had mold in the ac unit since I moved in and it hasn’t been removed. My fridge broke and they took 2.5 week to fix with multiple calls and texts trying to reach them. Along with MANY other issues. Don’t recommend. I was in the century apartments Bemidji. Horrible.

I lived here a year ago and always had a great experience - the staff was friendly, helpful, and our maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. My review may be late but I hope they continue their high standards!

Commons at Avalon Park - Just don’t do it. It’s not worth the constant harassment from them which they deem acceptable since it’s stated in their ‘lease’ that’s how their cover their behinds. They only do it to certain residents though and enforce things when they want to. It’s not a fair system they have. The apartments themselves are nice, but the management team is very rude and disrespectful. Lived here for two years. (Timber Creek) I know it’s typical to raise rent prices, I let it slide the first year when they tried increasing it by a hundred dollars and they hadn’t updated anything in the apartment. The apartment I had had 2000’s cabinets /interior. No overhead lighting like the 90s. Then they tried increasing it another hundred the next year. I drew the line there. You cannot up charge people for their living space when you aren’t doing anything to make the living space better. I have lived in Redwood Creek for six years, and my experience has been frustrating. Every year, my rent increases by the maximum percentage allowed by the state, which feels unfair, especially after such a long residency. There’s only one grace period for late payments, regardless of how long you’ve been a tenant. This policy shows a lack of understanding and consideration for life events that can happen unexpectedly. If you are okay with mold in your apartment, and their policy to paint over it, then this is your home! Ironically not accessible without a vehicle, yet if you have one you won’t know peace. They have change policies a few times but it is clear they do not offer enough spaces for the property. The security company they used to hire went out of business and they do not care to get another while cars are stolen and vandalized (Leasing office did respond to this and told me “crime knows no zip code”. Tandem Property Management family owned and operated. Sure was hoping that meant more kindness and respect for their residents. How wrong I was in hoping for that to be true. I have lived at their new complex in Tualatin for almost eight months. From the first day I moved in, I have not been completely happy or relaxed in my apartment.
