Garcia Group has managed our apartment complex for more than 7 years. We aren’t just happy with their service, we are extremely grateful for it. Throughout the years, their emphasis on communication and problem solving has paid dividends. I’ve been handing my rental property for Garcia Group to manage and so far they have been great and balancing the landlord and tenants needs. The actual maintenance (replacing tube lighting) went very smoothly. Unfortunately worker arrived WAY outside the window of 09-1100. Ate up a whole day of sick leave to wait around.

Maintenence team was incredibly personable, patient, and willing to ensure that my needs were met.

Got washer and dryer installed properly and tightened up the kitchen faucet just like I asked! He should be back to replace my outdoor light later which works great. He went above and beyond and helped with getting what we think is a tile heat controller off the wall. Happy with the service!

David fixed our dryer in about 15 minutes! Fantastic handyman! Another time he saved our bacon by fixing the board under the sink when it was damaged by a leak!

Consistently slow to respond to all requests. Sends repetitive emails for repairs requests that are incorrect. Often takes months to actually correct a problem.

David was an absolute pleasure and came over and quickly fixed my kitchen faucet that was dripping. He was polite and respectful and did a great job. I appreciate how quickly my maintenance request was resolved.

I've been with the Garcia Group for over 5 years now. They are very quick to respond to maintenance issues. Recently I had a water heater that became inoperable. Within 20 minutes of reporting the issue, I received a phone call and had a visit about 30 minutes later from the technician. I was fortunate that the timing worked out for everyone. The Garcia Group has responded quickly in the past with other issues as well.

Our maintenance person was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.

Worst property management company I've ever encountered. It is impossible to reach them. They never respond to work orders, and if they do, it's only the simple quick fixes. Washing machine has been broken for over a month and they insist the residents are using it wrong. I have spoken to my neighbors and they have the same issues. If you'd like to get ahold of Garcia Group, just leave a bad review.

Gabby Valle helped me out with the water heater issue when I had no hot water. They got this done ASAP before Thanksgiving. Every time I needed something the Garcia Group was quick in responding and getting the job done

I live at 9205 e burnside st. The managers are irresponsible they never gave me the key to the mailbox bad service by the way I have called many times they never gave me an answer

How sad that where I live it’s a 55 year old, senior living and most of us are on Social Security and yet they feel the need to raise the rent every year. Pay the rent down time. I am a good tenant. I am clean and Abide by all rules, yet the rent gets raised every year. Pretty sad….. Patrick was very nice and very helpful. I have problems with my shower handle that it wasn’t working properly, and he corrected and even adjusted the temperature. Now we have hot and cold water 🥳. Also he noticed the mold growing in a corner of the shower and he took care of it, and recommended a product for that. He is very professional and friendly. Thank you Patrick!

I had an electical issue and maintenance told me no one could come for another almost 2 days. I tried calling the office multiple times and no one would pick up. I also tried calling the maintenance after hours number and it just hung up on me every time. After sending messages and talking on the phone to the maintenance coordinator Gabby, she was able to send their maintenance guy David out within an hour. There aren't just enough words to describe how awesome this company was to work with. From the tour through to the lease signing, Smooth sailing. The Garcia group accommodated me in every instance. And they seemed happy to do so. Current renters, have no issues. The application and rental process was not stressful, the Garcia Group takes care of maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Garcia Group was highly responsive from the beginning to the end of a situation regarding three rent payments that were inadvertently withdrawn on my part from my bank account in December which, of course, put me in the red. Fortunately, funds elsewhere and/or the use of a credit card kept me afloat for two weeks until a full reimbursement was able to be made. Please note that Garcia Group readily replied to all of my emails in a productive and respectful manner. They were transparent regarding the required steps to issue a refund so I knew what to expect. Recently management was transferred to these guys. Communication is impossible. I've emailed, called, texted. Rental portal had extra charges they took to pay my water bill on my behalf (usually I just do this myself, but whatever) and they STILL haven't used the extra money towards the bill. Love that. I will say that when I asked to make changes to our rental agreement (dropping a pet) they did update it in the background. They just don't talk to you :).

We rented a home from this property management and I have to say, it was one of the most seamless experiences from move-in to move-out. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! I'm convinced no one actually works there. We've emailed and emailed and called and called and not one person has answered or called me back. We were having issues with upstairs neighbors being excessively loud and Rudolph @ Garcia finally returned my calls after about 11 messages and two days too late, seemingly unconcerned and offering only to call them.
