I had a great experience as a tenant renting a house managed by the Phillips Group. They were quickly responsive to any requests I submitted for repairs and their maintenance team was also fantastic. I appreciate their open and honest communication. Even after I bought my own home and moved out of the rental, they continued to offer support and were a great resource for some things I needed to get done at my new home. Thank you Cari and team, I appreciate you guys.
