Beyond the basic customer service issues, what concerns me most is Touchstones apparent disregard for ethical standards. I have worked with 3 of the employees personally and they all have shown morally and ethically compromised. If I was renting my home I would steer clear of this property management company. Very disappointing experience with Touchstone Property Management. We left the home clean and in good condition, yet we were still charged excessive cleaning and repair fees. They even claimed there was a cigarette odor, which was surprising because we do not smoke. It was frustrating to see so many charges added at the end, especially when we made an effort to leave the property in decent shape. Based on our experience, the deposit return process did not feel fair or reasonable. I would not recommend renting with them.

Kelsey has been very responsive, helpful and supportive in our transition to Oregon. We were able to secure our new townhome within the short window we had on a visit 2 weeks ago and now we are already moved in! We are very pleased with the service Kelsey provides!

Do not rent from this company if you do don’t plan on getting any deposits back ! Out of $2,295 they keep it all except for $400 dollars. I was charged additional days rent which no one told me about ! $77.26 Additional days utilities $3.23 $900 to replace the carpet which was in excellent condition when I moved out . $300 cleaning fee $400 landscape fee

Michelle Ketterman was polite, professional and kind. In our case, the previous property management company (Utopia) left a problem behind with us ,the renter, and the HOA. We told her what had happened, and in less than a month the issue was taken care of. Our phone calls and emails were always answered, outstanding! We are extremely grateful for everything.

Since touch stone has taken over the property where I live , things have changed drastically! Communication - 10/10 My maintenance request are attended too in a timely matter . My experience with Michelle Ketterman ( Director) was a 10/10 as well ! Highly recommend company !

Tried to charge us $1000 over the legal amount for a deposit. Pretty shady when it is your job to understand property/rental law. I also have an email saying our water and garbage are a flat rate bill back of $42, yet we have to pay for water separately? Poor communication and due diligence. Refuse to show us their move in inspection, though we had to send them ours with a prompt deadline. They've been doing repairs to the plumbing since we moved in, and overall what could be maintained as a nice property is just another cash grab scraping by on the bare minimum.

The fact that all of these 5 star reviews are landlords or friends of the company should tell you everything. If you are a resident at one of their properties, you will probably be ignored after reaching out more than once.

First of all, who gets 50 five star reviews all mentioning Doug on the same day?! Something is fishy in West Linn. Doug and his mom and dad bought the 6 unit apartment about a year ago. All of us had been there 8 to 45 years. From day one of the sale we were constantly being asked if they could go into our apartment without the 24 hour notice. They tore out are walls and left them like that for days even months. They fixed up the place with new windows and used each tenants tax statement to get mini splits into the apartments. I am a resident in a community managed by Touchstone Property Management. Today, Sunday, I had to endure this company deciding to have a vendor install new flooring in a unit directly below my unit. When the owner, Doug Moe, finally called me in response to my texts and calls he acted like he knew nothing about this work being done. None the less the phone call was non-productive. In January, my water heater froze and began leaking into my basement filling my basement with nearly freezing water at 9:00 pm. Doug came over to my house with tools and flashlights, helped me turn off my water, identified the problem with my water heater, and helped me get a plumber out to my house to replace the unit. The quality of service that Doug provided was second to none and made sure that I was able to get back to a normal life following this catastrophe.
