I would strongly caution any property owner against working with this company. My experience exposed serious failures in professionalism, accountability, and basic property management standards. During their management of my property, a washing machine was damaged. They failed to document its condition, did not obtain any technician assessment, and made no effort to determine the cause of damage or tenant responsibility. Uchoice has a great team of dedicated property managers that are quick and reliable with any issue you are experiencing. Would recommend to anyone looking for housing in the area.

Very personable and reasonable. Despite being a Military family the move-in process was easy enough. Maintenance requests are taken care of within days. Updating renters insurance and paying rent can all be done on their portal. Property Manager is very polite and responsive as well, easy enough to recommend to any family moving into their area.

I was between a rock and a hard place when I met Arleen Tam, I needed a place to move into yesterday. She showed me a house in Salmon Creek which had just became available, was able to get the house in order quickly so we could move in. I am now in my 3rd year and have found Arleen and Property management to be open, available and easily accessible either through the portal or on the phone.

Extremely happy with UChoice (especially with Arlene). They have been quick to respond to repair issues. I with definitely use them again should the need arise,

The management was professional, yet warm and human, easy process, straight forward fees, and prompt communication. Portal access lets you pay rent, put in repair orders, etc…very convenient. They got me into a lovely home on short notice for relocation, and I couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend this company.

Rented a home through Arleen Tam with Uchoice Property Mangement. It was a very pleasant experience. We lived in that home for 5 years. Arleen is very sweet and nice, I had no issues with her. Definitely recommend!
