I have lived there for several years, never missed a payment, never had any issues, and have been very respectful in maintaining the property. Utopia management is the definition of weaponized incompetence. I regret their new ownership of my apartment. Went from a small-time local landlord to another soulless corpo operation.

I lived at property on Glisan/Silvey Court Horrible experience they charge people with Section 8 $300-400 more than people without there no Washer/Dryer only in basement which cost $2 washer and dry and they charge you a $100 month for water that you can’t use for anything not even to water grass which is dry..No amenity(dishwasher,washer Dryer) It has the original window single pain from 1948 . The electric bills run from $300-400 month .Owner doesn’t fix anything the wiring plumbing bad porch light share if you turn on it knocks each other lights off..Then the owner rents certain apartments …

I appreciate the advance notice, which allows me to plan accordingly and make informed decisions about my housing situation. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to have some maintenance done and after multiple phone calls and emails, no one will respond. You call the number, and someone is california answers the phone. You can't go to the local office bc it is an appointment only and they will not let you in. So I tried to get an appointment but no one will call me back. There is also no oversight management, meaning that if they want to screw you over there is no one to complain to. Worst property managers ever. If I could give less than one star I would. They are forcing me to take legal action…

I rented a house in February 2023 from this company and have had nothing but issues over the last year. First, I was lied to by the leasing agent that rented the place to me. She lied about the fencing, a/c, etc. I even have an email showing some of this. When I brought this up to them, they showed no accountability or compromise. Instead, they told me I could basically leave. Second, the gas company had to shut off the furnace and water heater because it was leaking gas/carbon monoxide. He helped us look at a few locations and all the information we needed.
