Brandon Vogelpohl of VIP Property Management has been kind, responsive and attentive in managing properties for the commercial real estate investor clients we have sent his way. He is communicative and works in a timely manner to deliver information and results. His market perception is spot on for realistic rent expectations, and he prioritizes keeping vacancies down with satisfied tenants while meeting investment goals. If you have multifamily management needs, this is a great first stop.

I’ve used VIP service for over 13 yrs. They manage 2 of my properties. Since I live out of state I have placed my ultimate trust in them for many years. From repairs to leasing to city inspections everything is taken care of for me. I never have to worry. They communicate as needed and my landlord statements have all the info I need. I highly recommend them.

Communication has been great as an owner. The new portal looks good and gives a lot of useful details.

Could not recommend these guys enough. I have a small rental in the Portland area that Brandon and his team have taken care of for years. I would refer them to anyone wanting professional service, and clear communication.

One the best rental experiments I’ve ever had in a rental process, very thorough and complete to the best of everyone’s knowledge and experience. The rental process was actually enjoyable and appreciated.

Ted was very helpful and encouraging through the high hoops I had to jump through to get me and my children housed it worked itself out in the end and I couldn't be more grateful of how efficient and professional the process was!

If no stars were an option that’s absolutely what they would receive because that is exactly the service we have gotten from them! They took over the townhouse we were living in and upon moving out, they tried to charge us thousands of dollars in damages they were not our fault-which we have proof of and that were just lies. I’ve never dealt with a company as shady as this one. I just want my security deposit back because I left the home in better condition than when I moved in and unfortunately I’m getting no responses from this company after challenging their bogus charges!!

This has been one of the worst property management experiences I’ve ever had. Not only is the company dishonest, they’ve been spreading false information about our rental history to future landlords, but they also completely ignored serious maintenance and health issues while we lived there. The property had black mold, and despite multiple reports and requests for help, they did absolutely nothing to fix it. My Fiance and I just signed lease papers this morning for our new rental. From the day we viewed the property till signing of the papers, VIP Property Management has been great to work with. Wonderful experience with this company, especially Ted who helped us through the move in process. With their due diligence I learned details about renting that i’d never heard before, and had concerns anticipated that would have certainly come up down the line. Our minor notes about issues during move in were fixed virtually overnight… and a bonus; if you go to the office to sign you’ll get to meet multiple pups!

When the online payment service portal went down we were forced to pay in cash. I don't know if the landlord or my ex-roommate pocketed the money but VIP Management ignored us for 2 consecutive months and proceeded to file eviction papers against us even though we paid via money order. Beware of the bad father good son act they put on because the son apologized for not communicating to the father that we were paying rent but we continued to receive eviction notices well past that conversation. VIP is an awful company to rent from. Untrustworthy. Poorly managed rentals, dirty properties and unhelpful staff. They will take every last dollar they can, and will take your deposit, even if you've cleaned well. They charged $550 dollars for an oven cleaning. Painfully obvious these guys are crooks. By the time I left, there was no power upstairs, the ac/heating unit was busted, the ceiling was leaking from whatever damage was caused on the roof. Not to mention the exterior was constantly dirty, trash from 7/11. The owner was a nice guy, but don't trust VIP

This management company is Terrible. They don’t answer the phone when you call and when you finally get through to them they get hostile. You can’t have a conversation with these people. Also it takes them long periods to get work done to your home when they have a certain amount of time to get it done. They should be following the laws and regulations and respecting tenant rights. It should never take weeks to fix holes that are letting in cold air from outside go untouched for weeks or let electrical issues go unfixed for weeks. Is it a money isssue for them? So far so good with VIP Property Management. A nice mix of friendly in person conversations breaking down on the responsibilities between property management and the tenant. I'm not sure if there is a convenience fee when I pay rent online. If so, I might just send in a check just so I don't have to pay $10 extra for using their portal.

I met with Ted to pick up the keys for our new place. He was really thorough in explaining everything and made us feel good about our decision to rent one of their properties. Definitely excited to work with VIP.

VIP was amazing!!!! I came to sign my lease papers and found out I had a pretty bad leaky tire. They helped me get to Less Schwab to take care of the lea, and then after signing my papers drove me back. Talk about customer service!!!! Had an excellent move-in experience with VIP Property Management! Took the time to walk me through all the paperwork, answered all my questions, and did an excellent pre-move inspection of the apartment. Much better than prior property managers!

Living in sawtooth apartments for a year, wanted to find a new place to live after about 2 months of being there. When we first moved in we inspected the apartment and found several damages. One being a hole in the wall next to our AC Unit. We were told that it would be repaired by the time we moved it. GREAT people. Great rental experience. Ted and Brandon treat people like PEOPLE and it's very refreshing considering what a nightmare rents and rental situations go since these days! I absolutely love my place as well. It's quiet, well maintained and I see them on site from time to time which is super important. :)

Brandon and Ted made moving cross country so much easier than we thought it would be. They were very helpful with all of our questions and responded so quickly. They provided us with all the information we needed and were very knowledgeable about the whole process. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

I’m positively impressed by how V.I.P Property Management, Inc. helped us with an issue we recently had. One of our restrooms was not working properly. I submitted a maintenance request through their app and that same day I got a call from the plumber and they got it fixed that same week.

VIP Property management has by far been the best landlord company I've ever have had as a tenant ! They are quick and fast acting whenever issues arise , which has made my fiance , son and I feel as safe as can be, in our home ! VIP is amazing! My husband and I were moving from Colorado to Oregon and they were so accommodating. They came in on a Saturday morning to get our paperwork signed as we were on a time crunch with my husband starting work Monday. They were also very helpful with getting our moving pod placed at the apartment. VIP property management was available to us through the entire process and answered questions promptly. My family has had a great experience with V.I.P. Property Management. They were willing to work with us when we were having major bug issues at our unit, transferred us to a new unit when we requested it, and made sure any work orders were fulfilled in a timely manner. The only problem we’ve had is with our neighbors and with some safety issues with the area, not something that they can really control. There were a few times they could’ve kept us in the loop better but otherwise they’ve been very reasonable, nice, and cooperative.
