I've been using Vigilant Property Management for over seven years now, and I have recommended the company to 3 other property owners I know who are all using the company now. The owner is always responsive to my requests and phone calls, and more importantly, when I went to the East Coast for 3 years, I knew my properties would be taken care of without me being able to check on them, and they were.
