The VPMG team responds quickly to any request and works to get the home rented as soon as possible which is super helpful, good for cashflow!! They don't charge all the extra fees on top of maintenance expenses that may come up, and 8% management fee is a great deal!!

It’s been 10 month since I rented a house with VMPG Property Management, and never had issues. They are highly responsive, always trying to help with even small issues that not their obligation. VPMG, and specifically Avenir, went above and beyond in assisting us through the entire leasing process and making sure that we were being taken care of as tenants. The house that we were renting was not fitted with central air, but Avenir was kind enough to drop off a high end portable AC unit during the summer to ensure we were comfortable.
