Do not work with this company. They will take your money and run your community into the ground. We've been through several community managers, we have not had a budget updated in nearly 2 years.We are having to do a second special assessment in less than 1 year. Our current community manager Kate is horrible at her job. It's impossible to get ahold of her via phone. She told us she fired our landscapers over 3 months ago just to find out we've still been paying them. She has been extremely hard to work with and straight up doesn't do her job. If you're a condo community looking to hire an HOA management company, stay far away from Westward360. This company doesn't know what customer service is. Through a quick search they started in Portland in June of 2023 and the address appears to be a virtual office from Opus. Their main office is in Chicago. I'm managing a condo in Citadel Condos in Portland which was acquired through a foreclosure and Westward360 is the HOA community manager.
