BUYERS AND RENTERS BEWARE. An office of smarmy jester flops. Horrible communication, lack of consideration for renters, and ultimate protection for their bottom line ($$$). Ryan and Brian are merciless and vile. After living at one of their properties for only 6 months, I had a tragic loss, and they capitalized on this to hike up the rent and force me out (with less than 90 days notice) so the owners could sell the house.
