I purchase an 84 year old house in Ryan Place, Fort Worth in 2023. Since my wife and I were living in the Philippines, I initially engaged 1st Choice for their Home Watch services. We had intended to completely replace the kitchen and much of the inside of the house and so we intended to find a General Contractor. Updates after the company responded. We have a half an acre yard that we pay $80 to mow. It is in Fort Worth as well. The lawn was not the reason to attract tenants. Reducing the rent was. Mowing every two weeks was not necessary. We mowed our yard once a month and it looked great Installing an new igniter for almost $300 in an oven that worth $50 to $100 is not in the best interest of the owner. She was prompt, took pictures, very pleasant and made suggestions on what was needed on the outside landscaping. I am a senior citizen and she offered to have someone come out and trim the tree, bushes, etc. and bill me as I am unable to do those tasks myself. And they have been very easy to work with and always professional. Recently the roof was replaced.
