DO NOT USE 3G FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!! Throughout the time that I used this company for property management they were happy to take my money but did NOTHING to monitor the property or care for it. I received calls from neighbors about the yard multiple times, and was once notified by the city regarding the yard. HOWEVER, the crowning jewel of my experience is that the tenant basically moved out but left multiple dogs locked in the house for 2 - 3 months, and they urinated and defecated throughout the house, rendering it a hazmat site. I have had a rental property through 3G for over a year now. They'd never handle the maintenance the way they are supposed to. It is Christmas Eve and I do not have a stove or microwave to be able to cook Christmas dinner. They came to my house on the 13th of December and told me I needed a new stove and a new microwave. Both of them are 20 years old and do not work and it is now December 24th and I still have not received anything and no one will return my calls. They have completely ruined my family's Christmas.

I leased a property managed by 3G and everything has been very smooth. I submitted a maintenance request and there was a technician at my house in about 2 hours.

I am still having a horrible experience with this property management company and this house by Lennar! Now there is a bug infestation issue with springtails coming from cracks and holes outside the house to the inside of house which Lennar homers and the property management company claim is my issue which to me is illegal especially since pest control issues and builder issues should be handled in a new construction house that is less than a year ol. We recently moved into a rental managed by 3G Properties, and while our start was extremely rocky, we are leaving this review with a full 5 stars because of their commitment to making things right. When we moved in, we discovered a pervasive, severe cat urine biohazard throughout the upstairs carpet and padding that had been concealed during our remote viewing. Our initial experience was frustrating and uncooperative, and we were forced to live in an unlivable, unsanitary condition for over a month. I leased a home for 2 years that was serviced through this property management group. Overall, they were professional, timely, and had user friendly applications for payment and maintenance requests. We did encounter a misunderstanding in regards to the refund of our security deposit, however 3G reviewed our dispute and resolved our claims within a week or so. I will definitely consider using 3G to manage my rental properties as I begin to acquire them.

Rented through this company for 2 years. Maintenance always came out in a timely fashion. When problems arose management always found a fair solution.. & let’s face it these days that’s hard to find. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I rented from this company for over 3 year. We had a NIGHTMARE situation occur over and over with this company, So much in fact that we were ready to leave the house we were staying in to not have to deal with 3G. Ultimately our actual landlords were contacted by us by passing 3G properties, out landlords were quite shocked at what we had informed them of and from that point on allowed us to enter into a month to month contract to help us out to not feel trapped from 3Gs wild rules.
