AV management group is as Horrible as the Apartment complex. I live Lewisville, at one of there, properties. I have issues, I mean really bad issues. From Windows not Locking to filthy carpet, and much more. I've reaching out to AV management for over two weeks NO CALL BACK..IF YOU LOOK AT THERE REVIEW THEY HAVE A ONE.POINT NINE. THATS AS LOW AS YOU CAN GET. DO NOTT MOVE TO ANY PROPERTIES THAT CONNECTED TO AV. DONT DO IT. ONE LAST NOT. THERE SWIMMING POOLS ARE BLACK NOT BLUE.

Worst property management company ever, they don't ever answer the damn phone

They are terrible , They don’t answer the phone And Extort Your Money . They Charged Me For Installing New Carpet , For Cleaning A Clean Apartment, And More They Had Absolutely No Reason To Keep My Deposit And Found . Also Will Lie To Move You In . playing 12-1400 a month for a unit that was not equipped with what I signed for .

I've emailed them 3 times and called twice since The middle of February and still have received a response back. Save yourself the headache and don't live anywhere that is under the AV Property Management umbrella.

They raise the rent and nothing gets fixed or added and are very rude and disrespectful 😒
