I’ve been wrestling with how I’m going to rent my house out, as i transition to visit overseas. I have a four br 2.5 bathroom house with some amazing natural light and a spacious open layout for the common area.. but I had some doubts, “is this the right move & what will happen to my house when I do move?” Those thoughts and more were starting to give me cold feet. AC Property Management and Alec have been really easy to work with from the beginning of our lease. There were a couple of issues when we moved in and they were taken care of immediately. Anytime we have submitted a request for repair, Alec has been responsive and taken care of things by sourcing the repair company and payment of repair charges. He also follows up to make sure everything was taken care of.
