This is the worst, most inept company I have ever dealt with! I tolerated their lies, inaction, and nastiness for years since they "managed" my H.O.A. Imagine how thrilled I was to find out two weeks ago that they have been replaced.....best possible news! Please believe all the negative reviews as they earned every one of them! The few positive reviews are actually written by employees....company is a total joke! Terrible company. Believe the 1 star reviews. Environment unkept. Lawn care and trees trimming hardly carried out. Sprinkler not working for years. Nothing done. Landscape not done. Contractors not paid. HOA fee increased but hardly doing anything. Poor communication. Keep complaining about trash cans when there is nowhere else to place them. All residents place them outside by the garage.

I have known Michele for many years. She is an extremely ethical and committed community leader and her management team go above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

WORST COMPANY EVER. Communication is terrible and there is never a direct answer. I’ve been waiting nearly a year for a fence repair and there is no clear answer despite the outrageous amount of money us homeowners pay each quarter. Chloe specifically does not take any accountability for anything. There is ALWAYS an excuse for everything.

Mike, Brandon, Kelsey and anyone else that is having issues with this management company. Contact the media outlets and expose them. Email you property manager and let her know before contacting the media.

Absolutely garbage HOA . Chloe never answered her phone. They have fined me twice for 1 thing which was already mitigated. Will be reporting this HOA

This is the worst property management company you could ever select. They will promise your HOA that they will deliver on everything needed but it is constant runaround and “we’ll get back to you” that does nothing to help solve any problems. They collect HOA dues but do nothing to address late payments or collections so good luck if someone isn’t paying their dues. They might send a letter but they’ll charge the HOA for the late fees and the letter and not actually take action to collect against the owner. I received certified mail stating I owe so much in dues for some assessment. I keep calling them to find out what it is for and no one picks up. I left messages and no call back, also emailed them, but no response. I just keep getting letters saying i owe money for what i do not know. Very bad customer service.

They are horrible. I have emailed and left messages after I received a certified letter that I owed HOA dues. They won't return calls, answer the phone, or even respond to emails when I try and figure out what I owe. Their website they refer you to doesn't work. It should not be this difficult. I am going to work with my HOA to fire these people.

Absolute worse HOA. They will either lie on your face or push back. I am not sure how they get hired by homeowners.

Truly - 0 stars. This company is near-impossible to get in touch with, and when they do finally answer, they lie to you and say they'll work on something when they don't. I'm glad my HOA transferred companies, and I'm not at all shocked at why they did. If your HOA or apartment is managed by this company, you should do everything you can to switch.

If possible, I want to give 0 star out of 5. The property manager of our community has absolutely no idea what she is talking about, and everytime I talk to her, her words change every single time. They are not helpful at all, and they try their absolute best to delay your request. If you want to learn how to be patient and generous, this is the company you gotta work with while paying over 300 dollars per month for the lesson.

The WORST company! Never answer the phone or return calls... you can go thru the entire directory and no one answers. There's damage outside our unit that's now caused damage inside because they don't know how to correctly mitigate damage, they were late in getting the pool open, was open for a week, and now there's a lock on the gate again with no explanation as to why. There's a large dead tree in front of our unit that's rotting, a huge branch fell, could have killed someone...
