But after the first tenant moved out, I experienced a series of miscommunications and delays. This company sent my roommates and I leasing agreements and information to our rental portal with fees to pay on Friday and then we find out on Tuesday morning the house had been sold? What kind of company sends out contracts for their tenants to sign to rent without knowing it was being sold at the same time?
