Allied HOA Management Reviews

Allied is currently the HOA management company that my condominium complex Westwind uses. They have been very impactful in helping us to build up our reserves and for that I am most grateful. We are also having some good work done regarding parking and other necessary things for our complex.

I own several units in the Westwind Condominiums located in Garland Texas. Unfortunately we have been through 3 different property management companies in the last 4 years trying to find solid management. Best thing we did is hire Allied HOA management and Monique Shivers. You can tell Monique cares about us as a client and we just aren’t another property. She has been super responsive and helpful anytime I have needed anything. I strongly recommend Allied & Monique.

My parents live at Ladera and have had a stressful time recently with insurance claims from the storm. Paula has gone above and beyond helping them and they are so thankful for her. Paula, I appreciate you!!

I'd like to compliment Paula Demoya... Allied management staff member at Ladera in Mansfield. Homeowners are very stressed due to the insurance claims and consequential assessment fees, roof construction, reimbursement process; all the complexities involved with this large claim. She is always very respectful, very diplomatic and professional, and keeps a cool head despite the unpleasantries of some homeowners. This review is for Cynthia De Leon. We call her Cindy. She is a manager for Allied Property Management and is in charge of our Condominiums. Terrible management company and high turnover rate for neighborhood representatives. Catherine Reese in particular is an incompetent manager. She and the HOA Board allow homeowners in my neighborhood (Fountain Park in Euless) to have continued violations lasting over 12 months, without lifting a finger to stop them even though they have the ability to do so within our bylaws. The quality of my neighborhood has deteriorated significantly in recent years due to this terrible "management" company.

I am giving a huge shout out to Stacy Mier at Allied Property Management. Stacy has absolutely made my time as an HOA board member great. We’ve had other managers since teaming up with Allied but Stacy by far has been the most attentive and the kindest one to work with. I’ve served two terms as the HOA Board VP and that’s mainly due to working with Stacy. Stacy helps to get things done in our community and she cares. As the president of a new HOA, I can't even describe how helpful and valuable Allied, and specifically Cynthia "Cindy" De Leon have been for our collective team, and neighborhood. Of all budgeted items that we pay for annually, this is the easiest one to pay, and we get our money's worth, and then some. Absolutely inexcusably bad at managing properties. The front office at Boca Club Condos they manage has been indefinitely closed for MONTHS, and Allied HOA never answers phones and it has on average taken them two weeks to return calls. OH but they did send some guy named Lenny or Kenny to my door at 8am a few months ago to explain that “Stacy was busy and you need to be patient, so what do you need why are you calling” and I explained there were nails all over the property left over from roofers they’d hired; he insisted it would be dealt with, but it’s been two months and I still step on a n…

Megan Hernandez @Allied HOA management is a representative on our campus at Ladera in Mansfield. She is efficient, personable, goal oriented, and a positive presence on our campus. I personally have asked that Allied keep her here at Ladera permanently as our concierge property management consultant. I BIG Shout out to Lauren who works at Allied HOA Management Company. She answered my questions and was very helpful with my leaky roof issue that happened recently. Lauren called me back within an hour after leaving a message. She was friendly, helpful, listened to my concerns and finding a solution to my roofing problem. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. They allow their managers to violate the renters rights laws and do absolutely nothing. I’ve never seen a company care so little in my life

Cindy was so easy to work with when we lost our pool card! Answered emails fast and efficiently. Anytime we’ve had questions or concerns she’s made it clear she’s there to help. Thankful for our hoa and her to keep things moving.

Cindy is the best. Personable and doesn't make you just feel like another number. Refreshing!!

Cindy Deleon was so helpful, I’m renting in the area and was trying to figure out how to get a pool pass for my family and I. With little to no help from my rental company , Cindy was able to help me get a pool pass and delivered it to my home immediately! Now the wife and kids are excited to enjoy the pool!

I have been living at Boca for a year now and have had a excellent experience. The community is very safe well kept kim in the front office is always a pleasure to talk to and always willing to help out the community
