Ron Johnson is very detailed and followed up on all issues regarding the property. He was informative and was able to provide details regarding questions asked and if he didn’t know, he indicated that and updated me at a later date.

Getting them to fix something is like pulling teeth. Stress kills but they literally don’t care about the amount of stress that comes with communicating with these people. Only rent from them if you are willing to handle your own repairs.

Terrible company, I signed a 12 month lease and the whole 12 months consisted of me submitting maintenance requests. Now they are refusing my deposit and provided me with a hand written invoice of what the deposit was used for. They’re a terrible management company all around, my house was infested with rats the last 8 months of my lease and they did nothing about it. We are currently in a rental home through Alanna when we first moved in the had a different whole team once we signed lease and everything. Ron and Phay were initially great to us, assisted when we needed and sent techs out after we submitted request. But after problems became consistent about the same issue they weren’t as attentive. My family had a ridiculous experience with this company. We did a blind move from California—we knew the risks; however, we did not expect such unprofessionalism from a property management company. Where to start? The first property manager we worked with was named Shawn. She was very difficult to get ahold of which was heavily inconvenient given the fact we were driving from California to Texas and needed a line of communication for when we arrived. This management company has given us a great experience. They are always helpful and communicative. If we have any issues in our rental, they are quick to react and work with your schedule. Ron is especially nice to work with. He has a lot of compassion for his tenants. It's been a refreshing experience!

It's been a month renting through Alna management, and I give a 5 stars review to my Leasing Coordinator, Bilal Shahid. He's been always of great and quick help and guidance. About the company, I have no complaints, there were some details needed to be fixed prior to move in, and they fixed them. After the first rain we noticed there was a leak through the ceiling, and they sent someone the next day to fix it. I'll submit some more maintenance requests for some issues with doors, but I have faith they'll fix them in proper time and manner.

Special thank you to Ron Johnson the leasing coordinator. I have been with Alna since 2018 and it’s finally a breath of fresh air with management that actually responds and helps.

Very good experience, rented with them for a year. Ron was always on top of things and everything from maintenance requests, move in/move out was quick and easy.

My first red flag was when they asked me to bring almost $6000 to them in cash because they were having problems with their deposits at Walmart. Billy Vo is very knowledgeable and helpful. My a/c heater unit wasn’t working he pin point the problem and gave me a solution. He got it fixed quickly and in a timely manner. I’ve been with this company for about 5 years now and they still have some good people. Mr. Ron is awesome, he has been working with us for a little while now to make sure we are comfortable in our new home. And Ms. Phey is AWESOME as well!!!! Bill was extremely helpful in setting up my tour and providing me the information I needed to apply for the house we were interested in. Bill assisted in getting our lease setup and for the most part was quick and efficient.

By far one of the worst experiences with renting, the only positive that came out of it was that it made me go purchase a home, zero direct communication, most of the plugs didn’t work, AC leaked through the ceiling day 1, they took their time with making any repairs if they got around to it, not to mention the deposit and how they ripped me off from $2400 i was given $600, im a OCD veteran and i lived in the home alone working 6 days a week 10 hours a day, no pets no kids just me so there was absolutely zero damage to the house minus touch up paint which falls under routine wear and tear, hou…

been a tenant for 7 years and and last 3 years have had trouble with AC going out, and now again today been out with AC in the house since 2:30 am this morning and they still haven't sent anyone out to fix it !!!!

Overall experience renting from Alna was good. They mostly left me alone during my rental which was nice. Maintenance was prompt when I needed it. They did continuously raise my rent the past few years which led me to moving out. My move-out process was good. Ron Johnson helped me a lot during the process by being responsive and helpful. Even after I left items in the house by mistake.

Since 2024 it’s been a complete nightmare with this company. I sued them and won a case of retaliation but all the while they still continue to retaliate. They breached the lease by not fixing stuff, retaliated by forcefully making my family move by removing the door and toilet, big hole in the kitchen, a foot of sewage water under the house. Under duress I was made to sign a document to get my deposit back and 2 water bills reimbursed. If I didn’t sign it I wouldn’t get my deposit or the return of my water bills. I have not had the best experience with ALNA management as the company does appear to be unorganized however Ron Johnson has been such a pleasure to work with. He is the only “good” aspect of this company. Prior property managers who I was assigned to through this company were rude, lacked soft skills as well as empathy for customers. Ron has always went above and beyond for me regarding all of my concerns since he has been assigned as my property manager. The only reason why I am giving 5 stars to this company is because of Ron Johnson!!! He is the absolute best!

Very horrible property management service, I lived in one of there property for 4 years, never late on rent, kept the property nice and neat, when I finally decided to move, they put a padlock on the door with some of my things still in the house, I called severally but nothing I lost stuff more than $2,000 because they refused to let me back in to get my things. It’s been over 2 months and I still have not gotten my security deposit. Also getting maintenance done is a whole different story,,.The whole experience was quite disappointing

Alan management is one of the company I have ever leased from. They are friendly and professional with everything. All my concerns was handle quick thanks to Ron Johnson. STAY AWAY! The absolute worst management company I have ever worked with. Completely unresponsive, and the few times you can get them to answer their phone, they are at home with kids screaming in the background or in the car where you can't hear them. They take money monthly for rent but you can’t ever get in touch with anyone to fix anything. I’m always having to hunt people down. Then they send random strangers to your home unannounced. The maintenance can’t fix anything until it’s approved through management which doesn’t happen.This is the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to move in August.
