The worst HOA I’ve ever had to deal with. Their record keeping is atrocious. They once sent me a bill for $39 dollars which was supposedly charged 6 years ago. Asking them to do their jobs in regards to maintaining my community gets no response. Eric Johnson won’t even answer his phone or emails. The secretary I think has a mental disability. She can’t even attach a document to an email. Please go through their reviews and see the level of incompetence. They also hide behind a closed door during business hours. I guess even they feel shame for being bumbling liars.

Does not maintain grounds

As someone that has experience with many different management companies, AMGI is a great, cost effective management company if you want a management company willing to get "in the weeds" with board members about issues, especially in with repair, maintenance, and insurance costs increasing. Management with these issues has only gotten more complex since HOA dues must increase to cover these basic costs. What you see in most reviews are issues, which of course happen, but keep in mind, typically people happy with services do not take the time to post positive reviews.

AMGI lack of response and communications is one of the worst business experiences I've had. They did not respond to my requests for payment information so I could make payment on-time but they were prompt to send the bill for collections to their attorneys and charge extra fees. After contacting the HOA board's suggestion is to keep calling and emailing everyday because that what we have to do. These are unacceptable business practices. I am disputing their extra fees. Beware of their shady accounting practices and unresponsiveness.

The Absolute worst property management company. They went behind the HOA’s back writing checks of over $6,000 and issuing sellers disclosures without board approval. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY

Terrible. The absolute worst. They don’t manage property ,they just steal your money. It wouldn’t allow me to put zero stars. The picture below is how they care for our property.

The sidewalks flood whenever there is rain. The grass has not been mode in over a month. There is trash everywhere. You cannot get anybody on the Phone. The gates are always Broken. I don't think I will be able to sell this dump even though the inside has been renovated.

The customer service is fine. But the only issue is whenever u go and ask something, they try to find a way to charge u.
