If I could give ZERO stars, I would! This house that you're selling at 3115 Ponder Drive, DALLAS has been sitting unsold for 2.5 years! The front of the property is atrocious! Whatever so called "Maintenance" company that comes once every month or two hasn't bagged a leaf or removed a fallen tree limb in 2.5 years! All they do is "tuck" everything on the side of the house, or blow the leave against the front or side of the house, so that myself and all of the neighbors get to look at it EVERY SINGLE DAY! And now there's debris from the storm that will probably sit there for another year! ATLAS…

We had an absolutely horrible last property manager with Atlas, Bridgette. We paid a late fee and they switched us property managers 3 times and we had paid in the past on the 6th and we didn’t know that was not technically allowed until Bridgette took over. She promised to credit that fee back as a one time curtesy on our next months rent. She had 2 weeks to do that and didn’t, then we got switched to a new company and she decided it just wasn’t her problem anymore. She didn’t care that she made a promise. She said it’s now up to the new company to figure it out. She is now totally unreachabl…

We moved in yesterday, and everyone, especially Erika and Sarah, has been very attentive and nice. They addressed every concern during the move-in. Thank you so much.

The whole process has been a pleasure. From signing the lease to getting a place with enough space to timely maintenance repairs.

It's been a while since I've rented and this company is one reason why. The customer service is terrible and they have added charges to the rent each month with no good explanation. They are changing for a service outside the rent and making it mandatory. Why not increase the rent price to cover your spread. The upsetting part is that they have not delivered the service since we moved in (September). I would not let them manage my property. If you see Atlas think twice before you sign a lease with this company.
