Excellent experience from start to finish. They really took the time to understand my situation and what I was hoping for, and gave thoughtful advice while considering the long-term benefits, not just the short term. Communication was quick and clear, and the whole process moved much faster and smoother than I expected. They were able to find exactly the kind of tenant I was hoping for. I felt completely comfortable trusting them with my property. Highly recommend.

Amy was great upon answering my initial call and getting the ball rolling. Aaron, was great at answering all of my questions and providing great service. He use all tactics to get my house rented promptly. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

It was an amazing experience working with Aaron and Amy! They do an incredible job. We bought a house which needed a ton of repairs before renting. They literally took care of everything and transformed the whole house that I couldn't believe myself that it was the same house.They go way over and beyond to help their clients, havent seen a team like that in my past experience. Really professional in all the dealings which makes things very smooth. They really deserve 10 stars or beyond if I could. Exceptional service!!!!! I really love them and very highly recommend them

What a pleasure PenFed has been to work with. Communication has been excellent throughout, and any questions were responded to promptly, and the whole process leading up to move-in was seamless and stress-free. And as if that wasn't pleasant enough, we unfortunately had a garage door spring break less than a week after moving in, and in less than six hours after reporting the issue, the door was fixed. To sum it up, this has been an amazingly pleasant experience.

Clear communication, easy move in, no unnecessary back and forth with agents

PenFed Realty made our move as smooth as possible. From the start to have assistance with getting our utilities switched over, to any touch ups or maintenance issues that weren't apparent until we moved into the property. They responded quickly and professionally.

We have been in the place for 6 days and in the contract our place should have been professionally cleaned, blinds installed, and the fence fixed. Fence is great. The place was in just about the same condition from when we walked it as it was once we got the keys. There are not blinds in the upstairs sitting area. The house ( kitchen specifically was nasty) dead bugs everywhere and it was like that when we viewed the home. Then the second night we used the other shower only to then wake up to a smelly garage like something was wet. We come home from the gym use both showers and then …

This has been one of the most detailed and easiest moves for us so far, thanks to A Plus Property Management. My husband and I have high standards when it comes to things like this, we want to feel that we are well taken care of in the home and realty company we choose. A Plus has made this a great experience, down to every little detail from start to finish. Great/prompt communication, all lovely people to work with. I highly recommend going through them for your next rental or home purchase.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with A Plus. We got into our home seamlessly. At first we realized the AC wasn’t blowing cold. They had someone out right away (an actual hvac guy) to fix it. Then the disposal went out on us and they sent an actual plumber who put in a new one. Two days ago I sent a request to fix a gate latch and they sent the nicest contractor (Lee) who had it fixed up in no time. I’m so far really happy with them :)

Worse property management company ever! Do NOT move into ANY property managed by this company. Read the reviews and believe them all. I just wish I would had taken the time to do my own research, I could have saved myself a lot of money, time, and stress.

Great company to work with! They were very responsive from the application to after move in when we had a maintenance request. The AC was out and they sent out professionals who took care if it for us. The whole process has been so simple, and they left little necessities for us which was a really nice touch :)

A plus have been really great to rent from. Aaron is always super helpful and always fast with getting contractors here for repairs. We had a communication error with a member of the team but he made sure that it was quickly remedied. Thanks for the great renting experience this far. By far the best management company I’ve rented from.

Decent move in experience, but lots of small (and a couple big) things that should have been taken care of before move in: bug treatment, strong urine odor in carpet, air/water filters not changed, etc. After living hear almost 2 years, very disappointed in the property management company’s communication. It took months for us to get a working pool vac and half the time they don’t respond to our messages at all. Don’t love having to work with this company.

Would absolutely NEVER rent from this company again!!!!! The house we are currently renting had a water leak in the backyard and leaked 30.000 gallons of water and they WOULD NOT HELP WITH THE BILL!! Wr are renters and it was their responsibility , absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this management company at all!!! We are also awesome renters and they don’t care

A+ management was easy to work with for both me and my client. Would definitely considering renting from them again. Very professional.
