She genuinely cares about her clients and customers and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure things get done the right way. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication make her a standout in the property management industry. I highly recommend Blue Crown Properties and Lindsey to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property management services. I switched to blue crown properties from my previous company and the difference was immediate. Not only do they do an excellent job of managing the day to day but they are even proactive in terms of potential problems. I only own one property but they have never made me feel like I wasn't a priority. Lindsey Scribner and Dee Hawkins are both excellent to work with.

I wanted to share what I experienced with the great people at Blue Crown. I had to get my rental ready for the market, it needed maintenance, and I was worried....it all turned to smiles when Lindsey Scribner , Maintenance Manager at Blue Crown took charge and in no time at all top notch plumbers, electricians and painters were on the job. I was kept informed and surprises that arose were resolved without delay...and happily today we have a good tenant and a very relieved property owner. Thank you!!!!

Service is the best because their communication is on point! They have done multiple service calls for my house and each time has been more than expected. They replaced the trim around my garage but didn’t just stop there. They sealed it, matched the color of our house and painted it to an exact match.

Dealing with Lynda Hardeman as a property owner was the absolute worst experience of my life. She is a HATEFUL woman who SCREAMED at me on the phone when SHE made a mistake regarding a maintenance request time and date, this is nothing I've ever experience before. I have been moved out of the property since February and have received ZERO communication regarding my deposit refund.

I have been very impressed with the service and attention from Blue Crown Properties which has been managing my rental property for 9 years. They always respond promptly to questions. As a property owner, I hired Blue Crown properties just about 8 years ago. They at every opportunity have been the most professional at looking after my properties and tenants, which has always meant a lot. In the 10 + years we had Danny and his wonderful team at Blue Crown be our property management company for our property in Richardson, they were always very professional, kind, caring and always notified us whenever there was a weather related problem in Texas. You might not know it but I learned some very very valuable lessons from you over the years we worked together, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Our experience w/ Blue Crown is/has been horrible. Communication and scheduling seemed to be the problem we encountered. ie fridge that quit working it took over 100 messages and over 3 weeks to get replaced and we had to navigate all communication with the vendor. ie: ac quit working and we had to same scenario. I feel bad for the owners we rent from. If you're an owner looking for their business run. If you're a renter run.

Been renting from Blue crown for a couple of months now. We had a few things that needed to be fixed and the property management was on top of it and got it all resolved quickly. The maintenance man was great as well. Experience with BCP has been great!

They make living here easy. The staff are kind, down to earth, and efficient.

Currently a resident, BCP has been very helpful with anything we need - and at that there aren't a lot of problems with the property to begin with. I definitely recommend renting with them.
