Consider this review before renting. Bridge homes has been terrible for my family. Everything is through a portal, & takes about 3-7 days to get any reply. When you call it’s extremely hard to get a hold of your property manager. Our septic system failed in 12/2024 and they didn’t finally fix(replace) the septic until 7/2025. I have children and didn’t have a properly working plumbing for nearly 8months with sewage spilling into the back yard. & when heavy rains came had no use an our 1 toilet in the house. This can't be true on the reviews. Do not do any business or rent with Bridge Homes. The worst of the worst for Rental Companies. You will waste your time trying to contact anyone for issues and work orders are a joke. No response for days for emergency issues...example no water. Sent the cheapest contractor for a leak in the wall. No water for 3 days cause the guy was not qualified or knew what to do. He removed half the wall for a small pipe leak, REALLY messed up! Great rental company Ann was very friendly and helped during the process of getting approved - when we moved in we saw a couple things that had to be done and thats when Tanner stepped in he pulled some strings and got everything taken care of very quickly! The best team out there

If you are on the fence about renting from Bridge look no further. I've seen rental companies take months to solve problems. These guys are quick and do an amazing job. I am sure all the employees are great to work with, but Mike and Tanner go above and beyond to make things right. They clearly enjoy what they do. Their portal is easy to use and makes sense. Maybe I've just had bad luck in the past, but you won't be disappointed with their processes. They definitely know what they are doing.

My husband and I both have really enjoyed our experience with Bridge Homes. We moved in March, and have been really happy. Our maintenance requests are fulfilled fast, the home we are in is brand new and we love it. Colin helped get us into the house through the application process & was really professional & kind. 10/10 would recommend, and we hope to stay in the home for a few more years.

We've had a good experience with Bridge Homes. Maintenance requests are always expedited quickly, and paperless pay is nice and easy. The staff always responds quickly to any inquiries as well. Ashley Titus has been our go-to, and she's a real pleasure. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the new mandatory filter requirement, which costs more than buying your own. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend Bridge Homes.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Seriously- you will be in a world of renter’s anguish. This “company” has the worst ratings on BBB I have ever seen and after my experience renting with them, it’s not surprising whatsoever. They will take advantage of you at every possible turn and act shocked when you try to call them on it. Bridge Homes is an absolute joke.

Awful rental company! They nickel and dime you to death. Just to pay your rent, it's a 3% charge. $72!!!! Another $38 a month for an air filter to be sporadically sent to you. I can do this myself for less. $12 "processing fee" for them to send out an email reminding you that rent is due on the first. Maintenance is a joke. They only do bare minimum. Slap a bandaid on your issue until it pops back up again. Nevermind if they don't like what a contractor bids, they send multiple out with out any notification whatsoever to the tenants. In the meantime, you have to deal with the issue for a month…

Don’t rent from these people they never fix your home and evict you so they can stay with your deposit

First off let me start by saying that Colin was amazing from beginning to end. He was the first to reach out to me after I showed interest in my now new home. He was professional, understanding, empathetic, and respectful. He was and still is very patient with my numerous phone calls and questions. He explained the processes, walked me through certain steps I needed help with, and follows up with issues I may have or had. If I ever have to go through the rental phase again I will choose this company because of Colin and I would definitely want him to help again.

Overall it was a great experience. Application was thorough but had a very quick answer for us. Colin was also a huge help throughout the process and made everything easy to understand!
