The best customer service person at caddo apartments is Olga she is the best person to have as a manager and who to come to for anything because she makes it happen and helps the residents when asked . She’s kind and always welcomes us I moved my brother and sister here and she treats all of us with good attention . Come and ask for her for a new apartment or resident stuff.

Antes que todo puedo decir que la manayer es una persona muy servicial y querida por todos los residentes tiene muy buena atención siempre esta dispuesta ayudar y servir a los demás muy buena en su trabajo y correcta del chico de mantenimiento puedo decir que siempre esta al pendiente de lo que pueda hacer falta y que los departamentos estén seguros y sin ningun problema y en buen estado

I have officially renewed my lease with Caddo . I moved in a year ago the staff is great and very attentive. I leased along side my brother because ms olga in the office is great and very nice and cares about the people that live at the apartments. We searched for a home in so many places and the staff everywhere else was rude and not helpful at all. I feel at home in my apartment community Buckner park and im chosing to stay another year because the manager is great and makes me feel at home .

Miss Olga Is the best.. She always make sure to get things done… As a longtime resident, I appreciate her…

Since I lived here I have had a good experience. The apartments are maintained and always clean . What I like the most is the fast turn around I have got with my work orders and other issues . The office staff is always available. The staff is very nice and helpful and mindful. I would recommend living here and I don’t plan on moving any time soon.

La manager nueva es bien buena y ayuda a los residentes sin enojarse antes an tenido personas malos que ni trabajaban. Yo renové otro contrato por las nuevas personas en la oficina y el de mantenimiento nuevo . Se ven las cosas bien limpios y mejor que antes . Siguen con lo que están haciendo se ve mucho la diferencia. Se les agradece los de la oficina muy linda gente.

Thank you for doing the repairs in my apt. i have been here for a couple of years now. Ms OLGA is a great asset for your company, always giving me excellent friendly service . I had no hot water it was fixed they even placed a new shower head for me . The rent portal is all new for me the manager h3lps me understand my accounts every month and is very helpful . She is always smiling to me and happy to help.

I have been living at my apartment for almost 6 years now and this is the first time I see a office staff that cares to help. She is respectful and tends to my needs when I'm having issues. She had worked with me with my payments and even comes to check on me and has helped me with even looking for work and different sources to help me during difficult times . I appreciate the office staff alot and glad they are good to residents now here we needed this.

New management doesn’t return calls or answer phone I’ve called them over 10 times and I haven’t gotten a call back or answer, bring Evelyn back she at least would return calls, just went in office (6/2) to ask about why there is an extra charge and Olga is very unprofessional and rude. Asked for corporate number and she said it’s just the number you call and the entire time I was talking to her she was on a FaceTime call. Good apartments just bad office person.

La Nueva Jefa es bien noble y ayuda mucho . Ella me arregla todo y ayuda con todos. No la cambien por favor neceisitamos a alguien que le importa sus residentes.

my experience living at Caracara was not always the most pleasant the new manager Olga has been very helpful and the best they have had here . please keep her I had a door closed ro my apartment for years she came and had the main guy fix it after the first try of me asking for help. she's helpful and nice and listens to my concerns.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT They will scam you out of your money! Management tricked me into signing 2 leases, increasing my rent and my duration of stay. Kept charging me an "admin fee" that increased slowly over the months? Took them FIVE MONTHS to mail me back my security deposit after I threatened to sue. DO NOT LIVE HERE. ZERO STARS

Units are run down maintenance won’t fix anything at all if they do it’s half done management NEVER answers the phone they overcharge you and have hidden fees as well. Not worth the hassle and headaches you have better luck calling the city for them fix things up around here! There’s a lot of trash and drug dealing going around property and management doesn’t care at all! Property is always full of trash and homeless ppl sleeping in front Of buildings
