I first started working with Campagna around 2014. They managed our property through all sorts of circumstances. Main water line bursts, appliance failures, tree maintenance, you name it. They document everything, call when needed but they don’t burden you with minor details. Over the 12 year period I don’t think we have gone more than 3 months without a tenant. We have used Campagna as our property manager over 20 years. They operate with integrity, fairness and intelligence. They know what your properties need to be 'rentable' and help you with those goals. The maintenance personnel they use charge very fair rates for job performed. We figure they have saved us thousands of dollars over the years. Most of our experience has been property management, but they recently assisted us on a sale of our property and again, they handled the process professionally and with integrity, as usual. We wouldn't think of using another company.

Campagna Property Management took care of our rental property for three years, and we had a great experience working with them. They were always professional, easy to reach, and quick to resolve any issues that came up. Their communication was clear and consistent, which made things run really smoothly and took a lot of stress off our plate. I have been using Campagna Property Management Services since 2012. I have nothing but exceptional, positive feedback to say about how they provided professional services. Thanks to their careful screening of potential renters, my experience with tenants has been outstanding: they paid their rent on time and took care of the property. I've also had a number of long-term leases. Overall, I have always felt that Campagna has my best interest as a property owner at heart.

I love working with this company! Everyone is so professional and communicative. They are always on top of everything, so kind and helpful. They helped me rent out a property to a great tenant within a week of posting the opening, even though it’s an area with a lot of inventory. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Do NOT rent from this company. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and do not properly maintain their properties. The homes are kept in minimal condition, and they will try to keep a large portion of your deposit for things that should be considered normal upkeep. For example, the house was missing an exterior latch from the start, yet I was charged for it at move out. I was also charged $50 for a bathroom rod that was never installed. I had to purchase one myself. They billed me for blinds that never existed and even added a $50 fee for someone to come to the house and handle issues that we…

Communication from this property management company has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I asked about my lease renewal and potential rent increase on October 9, 2025 and was told they’d notify me once it was approved. After that, I received no update before my lease ended on December 31st and NOTHING in January either. On February 4 (over a month after my lease ended) I finally received renewal terms with a rent increase and new lease dates, making my lease now go until April of the next year. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I rented a place on worth and was never late on payment or broke my lease agreement but was harassed and cussed out by Anthony over the phone while I was in the process of finding a new roommate. Despite the fact that I could afford the full unit without another tenant and the rent was still on time they repeatedly harassed me about who was living there even though it was only me. I found an apartment while driving down McKinney Ave and called the number listed. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and efficient. With only three days to move out of my current apartment, they all stepped in and made it happen. With them for 5 years/2 rental properties with 60 ON TIME rent payments(even during Covid). 60 months x $1550= $93,000. The last month (June) I fell ill and lost my job. Asked to Pay half rent and asked for an extension of 10 days to come up with the other half (water, light, kids, life not included) God is good, recovered, and by July 1st I had a job, caught up with bills and had July rent. Come to find out I owed almost a grand in fees that they had agreed to waive. They applied my July rent to those fees and continued to stack late fees for Julys rent “unpaid” and an eviction notice.
