Charlene Fountain is a fountain overflowing with awesomeness. She is so eager to help, responsive, professional and smart. She embodies the qualities needed for her job..in fact I'd love to see HER as our General Manager! Andrew is just incredible. He is dedicated, intelligent, and thorough in his role. He's super outgoing and jives so well with residents. I'm taking off a star because our actual GM leaves much to be desired and has already created a mess of things here. Still I'm grateful for Charlene to help ease some of our pains.

She's an important asset to our Frisco Lakes community - Lam Bermeo - Communications Coordinator! Lam is ALWAYS promptly responsive, and whether or not something is officially her job, she'll get a problem resolved promptly and efficiently, without excuses or complaints. I teach Lifelong Learning Cooking Classes at Frisco Lakes. Lam Bermeo, Communications Coordinator of the Castle Group, is a very important part of my team with a mission to provide excellence in continuing education for our Residents.
