Judge Fite decided to sneak a 6% commission clause into the fine print of the property management agreement. I’m selling the house to the tenant without the use of any realtors. Why should I pay Judge Fite a commission when they did nothing to support the sale. Judge Fite did not meet the minimum requirements to be a broker. The Century 21 team is very responsive and are always aware of everything going on with the property. I have several properties with Century and I have had for about 15 years. I have been able to depend on them to take good care of my properties. When situations arose, they took care of it! They have been friendly and easy to work with but always remained professional. I would recommend them as a reliable and efficient management company.

Look somewhere else. I had to do ALL the follow up with our rental agent. They did not rent out our house. We reused our listing photos. There was no cost to the company. We ended up selling our house less than 30 days of posting for rent. They charged full price of cancelling despite not being helpful, communicative, any cost for photos or work on their behalf.

I have been using Century 21 Judge Fite to manage my rental house for more than 10 years. I was traveling quite a bit, so I was not always able to keep up with the needs. They have done a fantastic job keeping my property maintained and occupied to good tenants at lease rates that make it worth keeping this rental property. The property was not clean when we moved in, the yard was not maintained, and the older property had normal wear and tear for its age. We took great care of the house when we lived there. This company is absolutely awful. unfortunately I live a property managed by century 21 judge Fite and our ac brakes constantly. the ac unit is so old they don’t make parts for it anymore and it usually takes around 7-10 days for the issue to be resolved. I lease a home from them for more than 2 years. To start off they requested a deposit of 1 ½ months I did not have an option but to accept because we needed to move in already. The AC will stop working every summer and they will take DAYS (around 1 weeks) to fix it. Upon moving out, I hired their preferred vendors for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and lawn service to ensure I’d get back as much of my deposit as possible. About 30 days after returning my keys, I received an itemized list of charges and a check for roughly half of my deposit. This is the worst management company!! I paid 4950 for a deposit and then they asked for an extra 210 at the end. The things that needed to be repaired were all minor. The prices they gave on what it cost to repair those items are ridiculous! All I can tell you is DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT rent with this company! I had an extremely negative experience with this property management company. The owner was very predatory and refused to fix anything. I had to escalate my complaints to the Century 21 headquarters, only to discover that this is a privately owned company. They truly don't care about their tenants and allow the owner to neglect necessary repairs, yet still hold tenants responsible as if they are owners. Never rent with these people. They are trying to take advantage of you and every dollar you have. They left us without AC for an entire month and when the incompetent AC people got out to fix it they almost set fire to the place. They would take forever to fix issues and they did not give us our security deposit back because they wanted to repaint and change the air filters that were just changed. Rented a property through Century 21 judge fite and it was a nightmare. They do not vet the properties they manage to ensure they are in working order, safe or habitable. While the level of issues related to the property were entirely the owners responsibility in which he failed multiple times to address and even went as far as to blame us for roots in the plumbing. Do not ever rent a property managed by Century 21 Judge Fite Property Management. They are awful to work with. The house was filthy when we moved in, the response was, "yea, the owners cleaned it themselves". Then when we moved out, they withheld money from our deposit, saying touch up cleaning was required even though we left it cleaner than when we moved in! It took 4 weeks to get our deposit back and that was only after we had to follow up and asked for it. We were without hot water for 10 days and it took daily follow up to finally get it fixed. Unresponsive and unethical company.
