My family has worked with Circle C for a few years and they have always taken good care of us. I appreciate that they answer for repairs late when theres an emergency and someone comes quickly to fix things

Moved in my home in February of 2025 and the move in process was extremely welcoming, thanks Javier. Since moving in we've had a few issues with the home AC UNIT and STOVE both were replaced in a timely manner thanks Laura for your assistance with facilitating the repairs and replacements. I can only speak on my personal experience with Circle C and it has been nothing short of attentive and welcoming thanks Elizabeth. Circle C recently helped me and my family find a wonderful home in the DFW area. We were coming from out of state and they made it so easy on us to relocate. I give them a 10 our 10 and would very highly recommend using their services!

I am a realtor broker, I’m also a tentant of circle C management. Being in the business, I didn’t expect special treatment, and I did not receive any. I did expect basic services, A habitable property that I am paying rent for with maintenance compliance. Which I have had to repetitively reported, to try to get things taken care of. My property is very well kept, and very clean now. When I moved in there was an inch of dust on everything, the owner came back in and cleaned after I got my keys, but did a terrible job. Javier with Circle C Properties has been exceptional since the day I moved in. Any time I've ever had an issue, even if it's minor, he has resolved it. He goes above and beyond to make my renting experience as comfortable as possible.

The lady is extremely rude. We're very cooperate tenets and don't like issues but she still managed to be so problematic.

Rented a property for 15 months and had several issues. I have several complaints but my main complaint is that Circle C most likely knew this particular home had electrical issues prior to leasing. The Home we were renting had an ongoing electrical issue that we reported from the jump. The kitchen island plugs didn't work. The master bathroom sockets had shortages. Most upsetting the connection in the wash room didn't work properly and my family & I were inconvenienced for the entire time and had to utilize a local laundry matt to dry our clothes EVERY MONTH. Can't say to much because we will be having a court appearance soon. We went through Circle C to rent a home. They are very dishonest. They lied to my husband several times and years ago they tried to get money out of us for not signing the lease,when they are the ones who never sent the renewal and then they only gave us part of our deposit back. I will update after the court appearance. Be very careful with this company!
