I am so upset. I have stayed here at Verlaine on The Parkway for 2 years and recently renewed my lease. I was skeptical but wanted to provide an opportunity with the changes that have been made but it was honestly the wrong idea. Someone was just robbed in the apartments last night and the gates have not worked since I have been here. Management says that it is not their responsibility to ensure or provide safety to the community. I have lived at Lockwood Heights for 6 weeks. 90% of my service requests have not been completed. The one for my deadbolt has been issued 3 times, the dishwasher hasn’t worked since move in, the granite in my “upgraded unit” is cracked and stained and these requests have been sitting untouched since 5/15. I was told by the previous manager that a dishwasher and granite was ordered over a month ago. The last staff stayed for three days and quit. There’s now a new lady in the office. I just moved into one of your properties today. I am exceedingly underwhelmed. I'm starting with 3 stars. The Park at Forum. I will be adjusting the stars as things improve or not improve. Start taking care of your properties Clear Water.

This is probably the worst company I have encountered. They simply just don’t care. Verlaine on the Parkway in Dallas Texas is a disgrace. 2 weeks of raw sewage water flowing. The Leasing agents are clueless. The maintenance lie like they were employed for it. Bathrooms are always clogged. They will come and leave holes on the walls for weeks.

Lavera at Lake Highlands has left us without hot water for 8 days now, with 3 more to go. They never answer their phones except when corporate has a gathering at the office. You know, got to look good for corporate. All I ask is, can I come shower at corporate house until they get this fixed?

Attempting to reach the property management company has been impossible. They own lakeside of Campeche in Galveston and we have a group of tenants seeking legally required repairs and actions per the contract entered into with lakeside and clear worth and no one seems to work there. Even the number goes to a default voicemail.

I currently live at The Palms on SPID, which is managed by Clearworth Residential, and my experience has been consistently unacceptable. Living here has been a constant problem due to poor management and lack of accountability from the office staff. Since moving in, I’ve dealt with mold, ceiling leaks, broken AC units, deadbolts that lock you inside the apartment, and a persistent pest problem. Despite repeated reports, these issues remain unresolved. Stay away from these apartments are the worst, they change their managers like every 3 months they never repair the things that are damaged, they don't answer phone calls and when they answer ,won't solve anything. Some cars were stolen,everything is negative in this property . 0 -Star

I don’t usually write reviews unless something goes terribly wrong… or amazingly right. Thankfully, this one is the latter! The team at CLEARWORTH deserves a shout-out because they not only take great care of the communities they manage but also truly value both their residents and their employees. What I appreciate most is that they treat people like people—not just names on a lease. That kind of care and respect is rare these days, and it makes a huge difference in day-to-day life.

Living in an apartment can be stressful… unless you have a management company like Clearworth Residential. Their Properties management teams are quick to help, friendly and empathetic to talk to, and always make residents feel like a priority. It’s rare to find that kind of care these days!

ClearWorth Residential has been professional and responsive. The team is committed to improving their communities, and I’ve seen consistent upgrades and attention to detail. Communication is clear, and management truly works to resolve issues when they arise. A company that cares about both residents and employees.

Think carefully before choosing to live in one of this company apartment communities. In my experience, they care only about collecting rent and profits—not about the well-being of residents. They left us without air conditioning for months, even during extreme heat. They are slumlords.

Charles the Maintenance Man from 1811 East Frankford Road in Carrollton, Texas 75007. Did a great job fixing the bathtub it’s was clogged.

If there was a zero star option I’d rate it . Don’t move into Verlaine on the parkway. They never respond to issues, poorly managed. Worst decision I ever made moving here .

if i could give 0 stars i would. horrible company with managers that don’t even know what is going on. they always upcharge and there is never a/c or heater. We have to practically beg for them to switch it and when they do, it doesn’t last 24 hours working. i do not recommend renting in apartments that are ran by this specific company

Absolutely TERRIBLE company. Should not be allowed to rent out apartment buildings to ANYONE.

Worst management company around they don’t know what is legal know your rights guys be prepared and have a lawyer ready to go and have A legal fight

I've been here on the this property since 2012. North Bend Apts property when it was under the management of Westdale which were an amazing management company. Also the manager who was the overseer Ms. Heidi was very professional, diligent, courteous as well as a beautiful person inside and out. She was very respectful of her renters needs and made sure that what was needed on the property was provided. I forgot to say that my review with clearworth residential is for North bend living... I'm still very disappointed in the way I was treated not only did I leave the apartment the way I found it... Went to court and there was supposed to be no problems no credit issues I owe no money nothing for them only to keep my security deposit.. it really wasn't much but I was looking forward to it I mean after all I never tore up their property... I moved in to what I thought was a great place with caring staff.... After Miss Carla and Norma no longer in that office Ben, Delilah are gone too... Things went completely to trash... The current property manager will tell you one thing and turn around and do something totally different... the direction they are going...pick a different place to live...Northbend Living is trash..u know there's a problem when the laundry room and the mailbox area has roaches..so image how they take care of the apartments... trash all over at any given time...if u need real pictures, I got them

The unprofessionalism I have experience from them is disappointing. They have provided no support when it comes down to the many complaints I have regarding my apartments. I have mentioned feeling unsafe and more. The phone is never answered.

02/13/24: At Lakeridge Heights and we’re going on 16 days with no gas (no hot water or heat). We’ve been offered free pizza/etc if you visit the office (we haven’t as of yet), a 3-day pass to YMCA, and $100 off our rent for dealing with this major inconvenience due to the gas leak. Half a month: no one has been able to take a hot shower, turn on the heater during the colder nights, and use the dryers after washing their clothes. I live at the lakeridge heights and ever since they took over management and been in charge nothing is run smoothly, nothing works, slow to fix a problem, slow to address a problem, they’re slow to keep you updated on anything been without heat and hot water for most of January and clearly, the owner isn’t doing anything to fix the problems and just gives it to other people to manage it and try fix the problems. Completely completely unacceptable And should never go on this long. The higher-ups better see this review as they do and they better take further action and compensate us.
