This company just became the new management company for the apt complex I used to live in over a year ago. They never did the diligence to reach out to me, they just directly sent my account to collection agency for alleged 131$ that I owe, although I paid all my dues upon returning the keys. Horrible management company - can never reach them, apartment complex never has a manager on site for me to resolve this and management company never picks up the phone.
