Good management companies are difficult to find, especially these days, with less than desirable customer service at many businesses. Outstanding management companies are really rare. I was Very Thankful for Morgan's Expertise in helping me to get my information into the new portal, as well the kindness she showed me when I had tried to send messages on the dotted line in the email and telling her I wasn't able to respond! She was not aware that there could or is a problem I was having to respond! I appreciated her time and enouragment! No photos.

I am a board member for my HOA. We grew tired of falling through the cracks of our Large HOA management firm having experienced horrible service, excessive turnover in managers, billing issues, and payment posting errors. Although we were apprehensive about transitioning to a different management company, we were ready for a change. When our contract was up, we interviewed 4 different companies. We are just now moving into an HOA managed by Compass Rose Management. I've had just 1 initial contact but they were super nice and helpful. They were well aware of us closing on a new house and we are super grateful to have them managing the neighborhood.
