Our HOA has been working with Comuneo Services for the past two years, and I especially want to recognize Michelle Schimmel for her outstanding support during a very stressful situation earlier this year. Hannah has been very patient, courteous and professional with helping me to set up our portal in order to pay our dues. She had to do some research, and she got back to me in the time she said she would and helped me to set up the second property dues. She is very pleasant to work with. My experience with property management companies have never been great and I don't know that I would say Comuneo is an exception, but I will say its a big improvement from where we were before. I'm leaving this review because Diana specifically has been great to work with! Previously it would take weeks and sometimes months to get a response and then more weeks before anything was addressed once you got a response, but Diana is on it and responsive and quick (and proactive too). I truly appreciate it and hope it sticks!

A huge thank you to Mayel for being so professional when it comes to communication and handling maintenance tasks efficiently. The limbo between maintenance requests and addressing those concerns can be really inefficient with other management companies, but working together with Mayel has been a breeze.
